Will Valentin and Charlotte return to Port Charles and General Hospital?
General Hospital's Laura is losing her mind with worry because the FBI is looking for Valentin and Charlotte, and she doesn't know why. Anna has yet to tell Laura that she warned Valentin to run with Laura's granddaughter due to his illegal dealings with Pikeman.
When Anna and Valentin said their goodbyes, it felt like that was the end. Valentin would take off for parts unknown with Charlotte, never to be seen again.
Did James Patrick Stuart and Scarlett Fernandez exit GH?
Since he first debuted on GH in 2016, James Patrick Stuart has been on recurring status with the show. Valentin might have spent the last eight years involved with dramatic front-burner storylines, but he has never been on contract, so he could easily work on other projects.
Being a recurring player, Stuart and Valentin can easily slip back onto the GH canvas. The actor recently tweeted some photos from Portland, OR, so it's clear he has been spending time there, but he hasn't indicated if he is living there or just visiting. Either way, he can return to GH at any time. According to Soap Opera Digest, the actor is not expected to be gone forever. He even tweeted a pic of himself in front of a Chinese takeout place called "Anna's" that had an Oregon area code.
Scarlett Fernandez has also been recurring since she first arrived on the Port Charles scene eight years ago when she was only six years old. She now resides in Idaho, where she is a star on her high school volleyball team, but she makes Los Angeles visits to bring Charlotte to life. She can also pop back up at any time.
Anything can happen to bring Valentin and Charlotte home
During one of Stuart's breaks from GH a few years back, Valentin was arrested and tried at the Hague for international crimes. He was then jailed, but he soon found a loophole that freed him. Perhaps Valentin will find a way to return to Port Charles via a legal loophole. Maybe there was even more to his story than met the eye, and he was deep undercover, trying to bring Pikeman down.
Valentin can even send Charlotte home to live with her grandmother and end up with a surprise. First, her Uncle Lucky, whom Charlotte has never met, will soon be back. Plus, when Laura and Dante visited a comatose Lulu the other day, it felt like GH was getting ready to wake Charlotte's mother soon. If that happens, it will give Charlotte and Fernandez a whole new story to draw us in.
