After Carly rushed Donna to the hospital and had her stomach pumped, blood work revealed that the pills Donna had taken were placebos. Certain that Ava had tampered with his medication, Sonny enlisted Jason’s help to get to the bottom of things. Ava bluffed by offering to tell Jason who had tampered with Sonny’s medication in exchange for her life. John vowed to take Sonny down, but Ava manipulated him into helping the pharmacist disappear. Heather decided to take Scott up on his offer to sue the manufacturer of her first artificial hip.
