In Africa, Sidwell and Holly donned their formal best and enjoyed Champagne at an out-of-the-way casino. Holly was stunned when she saw Jason and Anna walk in. Jason and Anna sat down at a table and ordered drinks. Anna looked around and was shocked to notice that Sidwell's girlfriend was Holly. "When Isaiah said that Sidwell called his girlfriend 'English,' it didn't occur to me it would be Holly," Anna remarked.

Jason believed that Holly could help them, but Anna disagreed. "Holly's goal is to help herself," Anna said.

Jason said he'd thought Anna and Holly were friends, so Anna explained that her relationship with Holly was complicated. "It is very possible that our interests would not align with hers," Anna pointed out. Anna believed Holly would want to save Lucky and Lulu's lives, but Anna was sure Holly had to be running a con.

Anna suddenly suggested that they hit the gaming tables, but Holly and Sidwell beat them to it. Jason suggested they try to get hold of Sidwell's phone so she could copy the chip onto a device that Brennan had given her. Anna and Jason saw Sidwell place his phone in his tuxedo jacket pocket. Anna suggested they make their move right away.

After Holly got up, Anna told Jason to sit next to Sidwell and begin playing cards. Anna planned to sidle up next to them and lift the phone out of Sidwell's pocket. When they saw the chair next to Sidwell was occupied by a woman, Anna warned the woman's significant other that Sidewell would win. The significant other got the woman to change seats so Jason could sit down. Anna was aware that Holly had watched the whole thing.

Jason "accidentally" knocked a glass of Champagne on Sidwell, so Jason suggested that Sidwell take his jacket off and put it on the back of his chair. While Jason and Sidwell played, Holly and Anna spoke to one another on the sly. Holly told Anna that she hadn't given away Anna's cover.

Anna soon walked by Jason, wished him luck, and grabbed the phone as Holly looked on. As Anna tried to copy the chip, Holly approached her. "You seem to have your hands on a phone that doesn't belong to you," Holly said.

Back in Port Charles, Josslyn was manning the counter at Bobbie's when Jordan stopped in for a takeout order. Jordan planned to bring Isaiah a better meal than he could get in the hospital. The subject of Lucky came up. Josslyn was grateful that Jason and Anna were on a mission to find Lucky. Josslyn and Jordan noted they were both kidney transplant recipients, so they knew the importance of organ donation. They discussed Lulu's predicament further.

Elizabeth and Ric sat down for coffee. Ric referred to it as a date, but Elizabeth made sure he knew he was wrong. Ric thanked Elizabeth for helping him figure out Heather's lab results. Elizabeth suggested that Ric send Heather's blood work to multiple labs to get to the bottom of the cobalt level discrepancy.

Ric quickly returned to trying to get Elizabeth on a date, noting that he knew she wanted to take things slow. "It doesn't matter the speed. You and I aren't going anywhere," Elizabeth said.

Josslyn stopped at Ric and Elizabeth's table with free French fries, since she had made too many. Ric was jealous that Elizabeth would accept food from Josslyn but not him. Elizabeth reminded Ric that food from him would come with strings attached. Elizabeth explained that she was a little gun-shy after losing Franco and having a disastrous relationship with Finn.

Ric asked if Elizabeth would make an exception to her no-romance rule. Ric was asking specifically about himself, and Elizabeth flatly told him no. Elizabeth was surprised when Ric said he would respect her wishes. Ric also told her that aside from Molly, she was the one person he would do anything for. Ric and Elizabeth agreed to just be friends

As Josslyn continued pouring coffee at the counter, Gio arrived and apologized for being the one to tell Josslyn about Sonny and Carly allegedly having sex in Tracy's bed. Josslyn told him there was no need to apologize. Josslyn also admitted that something was indeed going on between Sonny and Carly. Josslyn believed that Gio had only heard good things about Sonny when there was also a dark side.

At General Hospital, Cyrus kept vigil in Lulu's room, holding a Bible. Cyrus apologized for not visiting lately but told Lulu he had been "providing comfort to the needy." Cyrus said he was trying to be a better person, but the jury was still out over whether he'd succeeded. Cyrus was also sorry that he wasn't a donor match for Lulu but assured her that he would always be there for her. "Family never abandons family, and you and I are no exception," Cyrus said.

Cyrus even acknowledged his part in putting Lulu in her coma, as he was the one who had ordered Julian Jerome to plant the bomb at the Floating Rib in 2020. "I was in such a dark place then, Lulu. I made some terrible choices, but I never meant for this to happen," Cyrus said, before putting some of the onus on Julian for not making sure the restaurant was empty before the explosion. Before leaving the room, Cyrus promised not to give up on Lulu.

Dante visited Isaiah and introduced himself as Lucky's former brother-in-law. Isaiah was surprised to learn his visitor had been married to Lucky's sister, and Isaiah told Dante that Lucky was the best friend he had ever had. Isaiah said that Lucky didn't often talk about family, but it was clear that Lucky loved his sister.

Dante asked Isaiah to tell him more about what Lucky had been up to lately. Isaiah explained that he and Lucky had met when Lucky had been providing security to the humanitarian aid organization Isaiah was working for. Sidwell was in Africa to reap the benefits of uranium, platinum, and diamond mines, according to Isaiah. Sidwell had ordered Isaiah to become his private physician, but Lucky had taken it upon himself to rescue Isaiah and had ended up a prisoner.

Isaiah told Dante he was confident that Lucky would be a match for Lulu, but he warned that Lucky's liver had to be in the right condition.

After Cyrus left, Dante arrived and was surprised to find a flower that Cyrus had left by Lulu's side. Dante tracked the nurse down in the hall and asked if she knew who had left the flower, but she had no idea. Rocco then walked off the elevator, surprising Dante.

Rocco wanted to see Lulu, but Dante warned that it would be emotionally difficult. Rocco said he could tell that Dante was very worried about Lulu. Dante decided to be honest and tell Rocco that Lulu's condition was getting worse, but he would take Rocco to see his mom.

When Rocco got to Lulu's room, he told Lulu that Jason was in Africa, searching for Lucky. He begged Lulu to hold on until Lucky was back. Rocco also filled Lulu in on his school life and a girl he had a crush on.

Meanwhile, Isaiah's next visitor was Cyrus, who said he had been there to offer prayers when Isaiah had been unconscious. Cyrus told Isaiah that he had just been praying with his niece, Lulu. Cyrus offered to pray with Isaiah, but they ended up talking about football.

Jordan soon arrived. Isaiah couldn't help but notice that Cyrus and Jordan exchanged cold looks. Jordan informed Isaiah that Cyrus was a dangerous man who had done horrible things. Isaiah was shocked to learn that Cyrus had once been a drug dealer.

Isaiah changed the subject when he noticed Jordan had brought him food. Jordan and Isaiah grew closer as they enjoyed the meal together.
