Armed with a briefcase full of evidence, Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) told Jason (Steve Burton) that she thought she had the goods to put Cyrus (Jeff Kober) behind bars. She then presented the evidence to Anna (Finola Hughes), who was highly impressed with Liz's detective skills. She was ready to get a warrant for Cyrus' arrest ASAP. Neither woman had any idea that Cyrus was at his hideout filling syringes of Digitalis. Before he left, he called GH and learned that Liz was home.

Jason also had a visit from Sasha (Sofia Mattsson). She told him that she believed Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) suspected that Michael was the father of her baby. Jason got to hear all about Sasha's incident with Elaine (Judy Kain) and Mavis, but Sasha shocked him some more. When she spotted Willow at the PCPD paying the fine for her impounded car, she grabbed Jason and kissed him. Mac (John J. York) also ended up seeing that show and nearly lost his mind.

Meanwhile, Carly (Laura Wright) and Sonny (Maurice Benard) caught up on gossip in her kitchen. Sonny did his best to convince Carly that Jason and Sasha's lives were none of her business.

After Carly was left to clean up a baking mess in her kitchen, Jack (Chris McKenna) stopped by with flowers and champagne. Unfortunately, Carly's sink sprung a leak when she went to put the flowers in some water. Jack fixed the leak and revealed his dad was a plumber. Carly was happy to know something about Jack that others did not.

Valentine's night got started at The Savoy with Spinelli (Bradford Anderson)trying to play matchmaker for Lucas (Van Hansis). His blind date did not work out so Lucas ended up hanging out at the bar with Brad. Trina (Tabyana Ali) and Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) enjoyed their first date with Trina revealing that her dad owned the hottest spot in town.

At the PCPD, Anna begged Jason not to kill Cyrus the second she released him from custody. She didn't want to have to look the other way. Jason couldn't make Anna any promises. Meanwhile, Elizabeth and Lucky (temporarily played by Guy Wilson) enjoyed a Thanksgiving at her place and shared a kiss. Once alone, Liz opened her door to find a menacing Cyrus standing there.

Elizabeth tried to get Cyrus to go away, but he pushed his way into her living room and told Liz she could ask him all the questions she wanted. She started by asking why he tried to kill Lulu (Alexa Havins). Cyrus ended up explaining that he wanted to free Lulu from her suffering. He first tried to kill her with a drug that caused slow liver failure. Then, he tried turning off her ventilator. When it seemed like Sam (Kelly Monaco) was going to prolong Lulu's suffering by donating part of her living, Cyrus decided that Sam had to die.

Cyrus killed Dex because he was getting too close to learning the truth and interfering with his mission. That was why he also had to kill Elizabeth. He tried injecting her with Digitalis but Lucky stormed in and ended up getting jabbed instead.

At The Savoy, Drew and Willow sat down as if they didn't have a care in the world — until Curtis kicked them out. Drew then took Willow to his brand-new house and stunned her by asking her to move in.

Brook Lynn and Lulu had an argument in the Deception office. Lulu ended up telling Brook Lynn that she led a charmed life and got everything she wanted. She repeated the same to Dante once he arrived and Brook Lynn left. Dante told Lulu that she needed to lay off Brook Lynn because she and Chase were having fertility issues.

Cyrus ran from Elizabeth's house as soon as he realized she had called the police. Liz did her best to revive an unconscious Lucky before the paramedics arrived. Once at the hospital, Liz explained that Lucky was given Digitalis before Laura got there. Liz had to tell her former mother-in-law that Cyrus had killed Sam — and Dex and was responsible for Lulu's liver failure.

Cyrus made it to his secret hideout only to find Josslyn (Eden McCoy) there. She had discovered his victims' hospital bracelets and was taking a pic of them as evidence when Cyrus saw her. He quickly got an ax and came at her, so Josslyn grabbed Dex's gun and shot. Cyrus told her that she was a murderer now as he died. Josslyn made sure there was no pulse before calling Jack Brennan for help.

Jason visited Sam's grave and told her that Cyrus was the one who killed her. He wanted to kill Cyrus but he knew Sam wouldn't approve and would want him to put Danny first. Jason then went to Drew's place to ask for peace, but Drew was in no mood after Willow had turned down his invitation to move in together.

Brook Lynn told Chase that they could adopt or foster a child and they would love that child as much as they would have if Brook Lynn had given birth. However, Chase felt guilty because Brook Lynn wouldn't have the chance to experience a pregnancy. Brook Lynn finally blurted out that she had been pregnant and had a child.

Isaiah reported that Lucky was in guarded condition but that his family could see him. Elizabeth brought Aiden to visit his dad, but Lucky coded while Aiden was talking to him. Thankfully, Portia and Isaiah were able to save this life. While Lucky nearly died, Laura told Lulu that Cyrus was the person who caused her liver failure.

Jack advised Josslyn not to call the police and had the WSB clean up the scene of Cyrus' murder. He brought Josslyn back to the WSB office where she showered and changed. Jack then told Joss that he was outside the cabin all along and knew that Cyrus had stabbed Dex. This was all a test to see if Josslyn had what it took to be a WSB agent. Josslyn was horrified and showed no interest in being a spy. When Anna and Dante got to Cyrus' hideout, they found nothing.

Chase was more understanding than Brook Lynn could have imagined when she told him she had a child when she was a teenager. He understood that she didn't have to tell him everything about her past, but did so when she saw how upset he was about not being able to get her pregnant. Brook Lynn admitted she never even held her baby or knew if she'd had a boy or a girl.

Jason and Drew continued to squabble. Drew refused to give in and make peace with Jason. In fact, he was jealous that the Quartermaines accepted Jason no matter what he did. When Jason returned home, he interrupted an argument between Tracy (Jane Elliot) and Sasha in which Sasha confirmed the (false) rumor that Jason was her baby daddy.
