General Hospital Valentine's Day Preview: Love and romance take over Port Charles

Love is in the air on General Hospital as your favorite Port Charles pals celebrate Valentine's Day in their own unique ways, according to TV Insider.

General Hospital's newest pairs

After sharing some first kisses in Germany, Carly (Laura Wright) and Jack (Chris McKenna) shared their first date at the Brown Dog bar, where Lucas and Maxie gawked and added their two cents to the new romance.

On Valentine's Day, expect to see Jack present Carly with a big surprise for the occasion. Will this surprise lead to them taking the next step in their slow-burn relationship?

Trina (Tabyana Ali) and Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) have also been getting to know each other better, with Kai standing up to Cyrus (Jeff Kober) as a favor for Trina. After their eventful evening at Charlie's, Kai and Trina enjoy a night at The Savoy, where they run into her parents, Portia (Brook Kerr) and Curtis (Donnell Turner).

Music is the way to Brook Lynn's heart

Despite learning that Chase (Josh Swickard) is sterile, derailing their quest to get pregnant the old-fashioned way, Chase and Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) are closer than ever and celebrate their first Valentine's Day as husband and wife.

Chase offers his wife a musical gift. After all, it was music that helped them fall in love when Brook Lynn was Chase's manager. Can we assume he serenades her with a love song? Will he have Gio (Giovanni Mazza) accompany him on the violin, with none of them knowing that Gio is Brook Lynn and Dante's son?

Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) and Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) have been literally dancing around their growing feelings for one another, feelings that may have never left. Lucky has made no secret that he still puts Elizabeth on a pedestal despite her telling him that she is human like everyone else and doesn't belong there. That doesn't stop them from spending Valentine's Day together and sharing their first kiss in more than a decade.

Maxie (Kirsten Storms) and Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) also share their first Valentine's Day as a couple in years, but will kids get in the way of their romance?

Port Charles' most reviled pair

Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) and Drew (Cameron Mathison) have very few fans in the audience and no fans in Port Charles, but that doesn't stop them from spending the most romantic day of the year together. In fact, Drew has a very important question for Willow, and we're sure it has something to do with a very big house.

Surely, he is not going to ask a married woman to marry him, but it would be one way that Tracy (Jane Elliot) could get her mother's ring back...
