In Washington, DC, Drew told Willow that he loved her. At General Hospital, Isaiah put Cyrus in his place for saying that the doctor was playing God. Brad told Isaiah some of the bad things that Cyrus had done. Portia told Cyrus that he was no longer allowed in the hospital. Using satellite footage, Brennan saw Cyrus stab Dex. Josslyn was sorting through Dex’s belongings when she came across a gun and didn’t tell Trina about it. Lucy made Sidwell feel welcome, and after she left Wyndemere, he danced his way to the window to sip champagne while looking up at Port Charles. Not too long after, a bomb went off in Sonny’s penthouse, and Michael caught on fire. Jason pushed Sonny into the hall, telling him to call 911. He grabbed a blanket and put Michael out. Jack and Carly were having dinner when she overheard someone on the phone saying there was a fire on one of the top floors at Harbor View Towers, where Sonny’s penthouse is located. Lois consoled Brook Lynn, who was crying because she couldn’t seem to get pregnant. It is revealed that Brook Lynn had a baby when she was in her teens, and she was worried that it was affecting her current ability to conceive. Drew received a call from Nina, who spoke to Willow and explained that Michael was burned in a horrific fire. Diane went to Nina’s apartment with a court order demanding that Wiley and Amelia be taken from Willow. Meanwhile, Joss encountered Willow at the hospital and attacked her verbally. Drew yelled at Carly, blaming her for Michael’s situation as he thought Sonny was the target, and Carly brought Sonny into Michael's life. Felicia told Maxie and Sasha that Michael was in the hospital. Isaiah warned Sonny that the stress of Michael's situation might not be good for his heart condition. Brennan gave Joss a list of witnesses who were in Rice Plaza when Dex was stabbed. Joss saw Felicia on the list and questioned her. Felicia recalled that Cyrus' Christmas bell stopped ringing at the same time of the stabbing. Nina told Willow that Diane had taken Wiley and Amelia. Since Willow controls Michael's medical decisions, Drew encouraged her to use it to keep Sonny and Carly away from Michael. Cyrus crept into Michael's room and injected a syringe into his I.V.
