General Hospital's Baby Drama — Who will tell Dante the truth about his son?

Port Charles residents have been busy keeping secrets on General Hospital. One secret that is sure to send shock waves when it is revealed is that Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) and Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) have a child together — one who is now an adult.

Brook Lynn’s teen pregnancy turned adoption was revisited recently due to Lulu (Alexa Havins) finding out about the child after she broke into Martin's (Michael E. Knight) hotel room and learned that Dante fathered a child with BLQ. Lulu confronted Brook Lynn about the baby and wanted to tell him the truth.

Whose General Hospital business is it anyway?

Lulu and Brook Lynn hashed when Lulu expressed her frustration with the matter and insisted that Dante should know about his child. Brook Lynn countered that it was none of Lulu’s business and that it wasn’t her place to tell Dante.

Brook Lynn eventually got Lulu to agree to keep Brook Lynn's secret to herself. This conversation stirred up emotions in Brook Lynn that she’d stowed away 21 years ago after the closed adoption. When Brook Lynn found out that Lulu learned of the baby and adoption via Martin (Michael E. Knight), who Lois had spoken with, she was furious.

As Brook Lynn confronted her mother, she also learned that her grandmother, Gloria (Ellen Travolta) also knew the truth and advised Lois to talk to Martin about the adoption out of fear that the closed adoption would be opened and revealed.

Coming clean

Brook Lynn came clean to Chase (Josh Swickard) about the pregnancy, the adoption, as well as who the father of the baby is. Chase was stunned that his best friend and his wife had a past romantic relationship, but Brook Lynn reassured Chase that there was nothing between them anymore and even then, it was nothing more than a teenage summer fling. Chase, ever the dutiful husband, marched over to Lulu’s to once again swear her to secrecy and remind her that it wasn't her place to tell Dante anything about the baby or adoption.

With so much commotion surrounding the subject, fans are left wondering who will be the one to tell Dante about his child. All things considered, the only person who should rightfully tell Dante the news would be the other parent, Brook Lynn, but with consciences running amuck and feelings growing stronger, it could very well be Lulu who spills the proverbial beans to the clueless Dante. Furthermore, it could be none other than Chase who relays the news to his friend.

What will Dante and Brook Lynn's reactions be?

How will Dante react to the news? Will he be furious at Brook Lynn for keeping such a thing from him for so long? Will he want to know everyone who knew and didn’t tell him? Will he hold this against her? Or, will he be happy and try to track this (adult) child down? A more pressing question, however, is how Brook Lynn reacts when she finds out that her long-lost son is none other than Gio (Giovanni Mazz) and both Lois and Gloria are aware of this.

After all is said and done, emotions will be running high throughout Monica's house when this massive secret comes to light. Between grandparents, grandparents, and the college-age child, anything can happen. Watch General Hospital to find out.
