Tracy opened the door to Sonny with an all-knowing smile because she was expecting him. "I want my grandkids," Sonny bluntly said before walking into Monica's house. Tracy was well aware that Drew was behind this whole mess so she advised Sonny to "handle him." Sonny wondered what Tracy was really trying to say.
"I can't believe I have to explain this to the Don of the Eastern Seaboard. Drew is the enemy. Do not capitulate to his demands. Handle him accordingly," an exasperated Tracy suggested.
Sonny tried to reason with Tracy and told her that he just wanted to be able to see his son. Tracy pointed out that Monica also wanted to see her son, but she couldn't because Sonny killed him. "Now you have the nerve to show up on her doorstep making demands about her great-grandchildren," Tracy said. She once again insisted that Wiley and Amelia weren't going anywhere.
Just then, a breathless Jason walked in and begged Tracy to allow Willow to take her children so that Michael could have his parents with him. Tracy informed Jason that Wiley and Amelia were upstairs. Before Jason left the room to get them, Tracy had a request: "Stop by and tell Monica you're taking her great-grandchildren."

Jason reminded Tracy that Wiley and Amelia were also Willow's kids, and Willow had the power to deny access to Michael. Tracy didn't trust that Drew and Willow would relent even if they gave Willow the kids. "All Drew wants is to hurt this family, and he's using the kids to do it," Tracy said.
Tracy pointed out that Willow's behavior was erratic, and she was using Michael as a bargaining chip. Sonny agreed but reminded Tracy that Willow had leverage and they did not. Sonny told Jason to get the kids, but Tracy made one last appeal to her nephew.
"Jason, you broke your father's heart. You broke your grandfather's heart. You broke your grandmother's heart. Please don't break your mother's heart, too. Please, for once in your life, don't choose Sonny. Choose family," Tracy begged a torn Jason. She put her hand to his cheek and looked into Jason's watery eyes. "Come on, choose us," she added.
Jason absolutely stunned Tracy when he told Sonny he was sorry. He could not take the kids from Monica. Sonny walked out and clutched his heart before downing medication and limping away.
Carly couldn't believe Willow had taken her off the list of people allowed to see Michael. She thought that giving Willow her children back would solve that problem. Carly called Diane and learned that Tracy refused to hand over Willow's kids. Sasha was there by then to report on her meeting with Willow.
"I can't believe this is who Willow is," Sasha said in amazement. Carly admitted that this was not who Willow was. Drew was the one pulling Willow's strings. Sasha managed to talk Carly out of blasting the news of Drew's affair with Willow on social media.
Carly finally begged Jason to do her dirty work and get the kids back to Willow. Jason did as Carly asked and headed to the Q mansion. After Jason and Carly walked away, Felicia said she needed a drink, so designated driver Sasha offered to take her out.
As for Carly, she found Brennan and told him about the Russian clinic that could help Michael. She was crushed to hear it had been shut down but asked Brennan if they could still find the doctor who treated her. Brennan was already on the case. The doctor had set up another clinic in Germany, but he couldn't guarantee Michael a spot there. Brennan promised to do his best to help Michael.
Elizabeth and Lucky enjoyed a night out at the Port Charles Grill, where they watched cops ask Cyrus to come with them to the PCPD. Liz couldn't imagine it was about the Digitalis deaths. Since they were only there to stake out Cyrus, Elizabeth declared it was time to go. Lucky suggested they stay and have dinner.
Elizabeth wanted to figure out how she could get closer to Cyrus and talk to him but that's the last thing Lucky wanted. "Cyrus was a drug lord. He spent years in Pentonville. I don't want you going anywhere near him," Lucky pleaded. Elizabeth was not pleased with Lucky trying to tell her what to do.
Besides, she felt she had to try and solve this mystery. "I need to do this. For myself, for my staff, for Sam, for my hospital," Liz said. Lucky wondered if he'd forgotten how strong and resilient Liz was, but he wanted to be strong and resilient for her whether she needed it or not.
Josslyn ran into the Port Charles police station and asked to speak to Anna privately. Anna took Joss to the interrogation room, where Joss promptly demanded that Anna arrest Cyrus Renault. When Anna asked her for what, Joss answered, "For stabbing Dex."
Josslyn explained that Dex and Cyrus shared words in Rice Plaza the day before Dex was stabbed. Josslyn was sure that the incident led to Cyrus trying to kill Dex. Josslyn also relayed what Felicia told her about Cyrus' bell.
Anna took Cyrus into the interrogation room. Anna asked Cyrus to walk her through what he remembered about the day Dex was stabbed in Rice Plaza. Cyrus claimed it was just another normal day before asking Anna what he was really doing there. "You didn't take every potential witness from their place of work, did you? So, why me?" Cyrus asked.
Anna explained that Cyrus had been clever and sharp enough to run a criminal enterprise for decades. She was sure he was aware of everything going on around him at Rice Plaza when Dex was stabbed. Anna nicely asked Cyrus to contact her if he remembered anything else.
Joss was shocked when Cyrus tried to head out of the station. "You're just letting him go? You can't. You have to arrest him," Joss insisted. Cyrus kept his cool, saying, "I know you loved him, and I know you're grieving, so I forgive you your suspicions and accusations."
Anna laid into Josslyn after Cyrus left. "Basically, sweetheart, you told him which of his tracks he has to cover," she said.
Alexis summoned Drew to her office and told him that Sam had wanted Scout to remain with her brothers. Plus, Scout needed a loving and stable home. Drew countered that it was the Quartermaines that kicked Scout and him out of the home that they had. "When my family banded together and kicked me out of the house, not one of them cared about separating a grieving young girl from her brothers," Drew said.
Alexis tried being sympathetic but understood why the Qs were angry. Drew insisted he did nothing worse than any other Quartermaine. Alexis understood this had to be painful for Drew, but she still felt Scout should move in with her. A furious Drew declared that Alexis wasn't taking his daughter from him.
Alexis suggested they just enter into a temporary arrangement so Drew could figure his life out. Drew still wouldn't allow it. He thought Scout should be with him...and eventually Willow. "I'm just asking you to give Willow a chance. What we have together is very real," Drew said.
Gio and Trina took in the PCU game at the Brown Dog, where they ran into Emma Drake. Emma sat down with Gio and Trina and formally introduced herself. Trina immediately knew this was the Emma who Josslyn was talking about.
After Felicia arrived and pulled Emma aside, Trina said she was surprised that Gio had met Emma before. He told her how she had swiped some guy's wallet the first time they met. "It actually made me homesick for Bensonhurst," Gio said with a sly smile.
In another part of the bar, Emma asked Felicia why it was such a big deal that she enjoyed a fun night out. She was 21, and it was her right. Felicia pointed out that the last time Emma just tried to have fun, she was expelled from school. Emma claimed she could live her life the way she wanted.
Sasha was stunned when Cody told her he had taken all the money he got from Drew and bet it on the game. "This quarterback in money in the bank," Cody shouted before Kai was suddenly down for the count, and Trina was in a panic. "Kai's not getting up," she cried.
Gio was relieved when Kai was able to walk off the field himself, but he and Trina noticed that he was holding his throwing arm. Trina decided to leave, while a despondent Cody lamented to Sasha that he'd just lost all his money. "I should have known I'd lose everything. I always do," he sadly said.
