General Hospital recap for Thursday, February 27, 2025: Tracy hands Lulu the key to finding Charlotte

Marty was suspicious when Tracy poured him a drink to discuss some late-night business. Marty wanted to discuss the cease and desist order she had out against Drew using the Quartermaine name. Tracy was sick of Drew appropriating the Q name. Marty had his own question. He wanted to know when the last time was that the family had the estate surveyed.

Marty pointed out that the Q property was right next to public land. According to Marty, Edward built the family crypt on about 20 feet of public property. Marty was willing to keep that info to himself as long as Tracy allowed Drew to keep the Quartermaine name. Tracy decided to call Marty and Drew's bluff.

As Marty pleaded with Tracy to give in, Lulu walked in. Tracy was impressed with how genuinely relieved Marty seemed to learn Lucky had woken. Lulu brought up Valentin and Charlotte, so Marty told her that he had gone through all of his records to find a clue to Valentin's whereabouts and found nothing. Lulu asked to look at the records, but Marty said it would break attorney-client privilege.

When Marty left, Tracy declared, "That man is lying to you." She explained to Lulu that his demeanor changed the moment Lulu walked in. When Dante got home, Lulu told him about Tracy's suspicions. Dante warned Lulu to level well enough alone, but Lulu refused. "I am going bring Charlotte home, and I think Martin is the key to finding her," Lulu announced.

Laura summoned Sonny to her office to meet with her, Curtis, and Jordan to discuss Sidwell. Sonny was shocked to hear that Sidwell was now working with Drew. "All Drew wants to do is take me down, but I didn't think he would be dumb enough to do something stupid like team up with Sidwell," Sonny said.

Laura warned Sonny that Sidwell and Drew planned to proclaim eminent domain over Sonny's waterfront property, which meant he would have to vacate. As Laura gave him the news, Sonny tried to hide his chest pains. Sonny was also blunt. "This is the stupidest idea I've ever heard," Sonny declared.

Laura pleads with Sonny not to do anything dangerous. "At the end of the day, I am still the mayor of this city, and I can't allow it to become a battleground for Drew and Sidwell...or for you, for that matter," she said. Laura explained that she told Sonny the news as a courtesy, but she and Jordan would do everything within the law to keep Sidwell away from Sonny's territory.

Laura asked Sonny to promise not to retaliate against Drew and Sidwell, but a call from Felicia interrupted them. Laura was thrilled to learn that Lucky was awake and said she needed to leave for the hospital. Sonny offered to drive her.

Felicia was surprised to see Elizabeth at work after everything that had happened with Cyrus. Elizabeth told Felicia all about Lucky saving her life, calling him her hero. Felicia offered her point of view.

"I have been lucky enough to have some great romances, but it took me a long time to realize that the best kind of love is the kind where you take turns rescuing one another. That is what makes it one of a kind and worth fighting for," Felicia said.

Liz still worried that Lucky might leave Port Charles, but she knew Aiden wanted him to stay. Felicia convinced Liz that she also wanted Lucky to stay in town.

Before Lulu visited with Tracy, she sat by Lucky's bedside, begging him to wake. Finally, he opened his eyes. Lucky was relieved to hear that Liz and Aiden were okay and asked to see them. Before she did, Lulu chastised her brother for risking his life. All Lucky wanted to know was whether the police had nabbed Cyrus. Lulu told him no "but someone did."

Lulu then informed Felicia and Liz that Lucky was awake. Liz ran to his room and planted a passionate kiss on Lucky's lips. Their moment alone came to an end when Laura and Sonny arrived. Lucky admitted he felt a sense of peace as soon as he saw Laura. "It's true what they say. It doesn't matter how old you get. You still need your mom," he admitted.

Sidwell met with Lucy at Charlie's and asked her to help him buy a waterfront property. Carly and Jack also met up at Charlie's, where Carly couldn't wait to tell him that Jason's DNA was found at Cyrus' hideout. Jack thought that didn't sound like Jason at all. He was way too professional to leave any DNA identifiers behind when he killed people.

Carly couldn't help but be distracted watching Sidwell with Lucy. "He held Sasha and me at gunpoint, and now he's sitting there like a normal person," she marveled. Carly walked right over to Sidwell and told him, "I almost didn't recognize you without your henchman or your guns."

Jack asked Carly to order him another drink while he talked to Sidwell alone. Jack had a warning. "If you ever bother Carly Spencer again, I'll drop a bomb on you and finish what I started in Africa," he said.

When Jack returned to his seat by Carly at the bar, he told Carly that he was willing to give her all the time she needed to be ready to take their relationship to the next level.

Trina and Stella sat down for a meal and chat at Charlie's. Stella noticed that Trina had some paint on her cheek, so Trina ended up telling her aunt about her day with Kai. Stella was pleased to hear that Kai was coming to terms with his injury and that there is more to life than football.

Stella asked if Trina and Kai were on a date at the museum. Trina didn't think it was when the evening started, but things changed when she kissed Kai.

Before she left, Trina approached Carly to talk about Josslyn. They both received a text from her about an opportunity for an environmental science trip to Easter Island. Carly was thrilled for Joss. "I think this trip is going to save her life," she said as Jack smiled.

Chase and Dante got together at the boxing gym. Chase told his friend that he'd suggested to Brook Lynn that Finn could be their sperm donor, and she wasn't happy with the idea. Chase felt bad for putting Brook Lynn in an awkward position. Dante assured Chase it wasn't his fault,t but Chase didn't agree and started punching a bag.

Dante finally gave Chase some advice. He could understand Brook Lynn's point of view and also felt the idea would be strange for Finn. "I don't know if I could father a kid and then have to keep them at a distance," he said.

Lois wondered if she'd heard Brook Lynn correctly when she said that Chase wanted Finn to be their sperm donor. Brook Lynn knew Chase had a good point and the baby would be a part of both of them. She just felt bad for not being enthusiastic when Chase was so gung-ho about the idea. "As much as I want to have a baby, I want to have Chase's baby, not his brother's," Brook Lynn cried.

Brook Lynn tried seeing Chase's point of view, but Lois knew that her daughter was just trying to convince herself that using Finn's sperm was the right thing to do, despite not liking the idea. In the end, Brook Lynn knew it wouldn't work. "I don't know how I'd keep such a big secret from my child. It just wouldn't feel right. And the truth would just be hanging over me like a bomb that could go off at any time," she told a guilty Lois.

Brook Lynn then started thinking about the baby she gave up. She wondered if they even knew that they were adopted and if they hated her for giving them away. "I forced myself to not think about my baby for so long, and now that I am, I just can't stop thinking about how they feel about me," she said in tears.

When Chase returned, he told Brook Lynn that he had thought things over and knew using Finn's sperm wasn't the right choice.
