Curtis stopped by Laura's office to see if she had seen the stories about Drew on the news. "The whole thing is trending across social media," Curtis said with a grin. Laura was amazed by the whole thing. "I'm still trying to wrap my head around how Drew could have made such a huge error in judgment," she said.

"Thanks to Lulu, Drew has become radioactive, politically speaking," Curtis said. Laura was giddy at the thought. "Even Ezra Boyle is keeping a distance," she laughed. Laura was frustrated with Drew because he had accomplished nothing as a congressman. Instead, he had created an enemies list and made friends with people who could help him carry out his revenge. "Whose life has he made better?" she asked.

Curtis thought this scandal would be an eye-opener for the voters. "It's shown his constituents that he's self-serving, that he's disloyal, and that he's hypocritical. How can you trust a man with that kind of judgment?" Curtis asked, speaking for many people across the world wondering the same thing.

Lulu visited Alexis in her office to interview her for her adoption story. Alexis told Lulu they'd have to postpone the interview because Alexis now had to take care of Scout, thanks to Drew's activities at The Savoy. Lulu apologized for taking the footage that had gone viral, but Alexis didn't blame her.

Both women were perplexed about why Drew would be so reckless. Alexis pointed out that she had never seen Drew drunk before. Alexis thought the whole thing was very out of character for Drew.

Lulu's next stop was Laura's office. Laura praised her daughter for exposing Drew via video. Lulu still wanted to focus on her adoption story and thought Laura should be her next subject. After all, Laura was raised by the Vinings until she reunited with Lesley as a teenager.

Laura felt uncomfortable talking about it because she wasn't technically adopted. She was switched at birth, and Lesley believed her baby had died. "I had two families, so it's very complicated, but it's kinda become part of who I am," Laura admitted. However, Laura finally agreed to talk.

Laura explained that she had no idea who Lesley really was when she first met her. She just knew they had a connection. "Eventually, Lesley told me that she was my mother. And I remember that moment because in that moment, I felt a sense of relief. It all made sense. This ease that I felt with this woman and this connection that I had with this total stranger," Laura said.

Laura told Lulu the rest of her story, including how she ran away from home when she was 14 and joined a commune. Laura said she had loved both of her mothers and didn't regret a thing. Laura also knew that Lulu's curiosity was about more than just her story.

Willow arrived home and immediately left a voicemail for Drew, telling him that she came in through the garage because there were reporters camped outside. When she spotted a high-heeled shoe on the floor, she became furious because it was certainly not hers.

Willow walked upstairs and entered the bedroom to find Drew sprawled across the bed alone. Jacinda soon appeared wearing Drew's shirt. "Didn't your mother teach you to knock?" Jacinda asked. "This is my bedroom," Willow told the prostitute.

"I'm sorry, honey. Drew said you were away. Otherwise, I would have never stayed over," Jacinda said. "Don't be so hard on him, honey. Men need to let off some steam every now and then," she added on the way out.

A furious Willow slammed the door to wake Drew. He was surprised to see Willow, but more surprised to see the look on her face. "What happened?" he asked. "Your date just left," Willow said, before running from the room in tears. A confused Drew got dressed and wandered around his living room before opening the door to reporters — and Alexis.

Drew's former mother-in-law walked right in to see hot mess Drew standing in front of her. "Alexis, what is going on?" he asked. "I'll tell you what is going on. I am packing a bag for Scout and she's staying with me," Alexis announced. "I refuse to allow my granddaughter to have to deal with the reporters," she added.

Drew wondered why reporters were even there, so Alexis let him know with video evidence. Drew was stunned and claimed he had no idea who the woman in the video was. "I don't remember any of this," he said. Alexis understood blackouts, but Drew claimed this was his first.

"You've made a big old mess," Alexis said, as she got Drew to allow her to take Scout until this all blew over, if it ever did. When Alexis went to pack Scout's bag, Drew found his phone and a bra under the couch.

As Portia went on and on about how delicious it was to watch Drew make a fool of himself, it was clear Nina was harboring some regrets. "I knew that something was going to happen, but it still blew me away," Portia said with glee. Nina wasn't as gleeful. "I was happier staying on the sidelines," she said.

Nina could only think of Willow's feelings. "She is going to be devastated by what she finds," Nina said, clearly distressed. Portia reminded Nina that this was also part of the plan, but Nina said she still had the right to feel bad for her daughter. "A little pain now will save her a ton of misery down the road," Portia told Nina.

Jacinda soon arrived as scheduled to fill the women in on how it all went. When she got Drew home, he had passed out cold. She set the scene to make it look as if she had sex with Drew, but slept downstairs on the couch. "Thanks to your itinerary, I made sure I was awake when Willow arrived," Jacinda said. Nina handed Jacinda her money and told her she had to leave Port Charles right away.

Nina braced herself when there was a knock at her door because she knew it would be Willow. Sure enough, a hysterical Willow fell into her mother's arms the second Nina opened the door. Willow was in tears as she described her terrible homecoming. She was shocked to hear that Drew was all over social media and everyone knew what Drew had been up to.

Nina picked up her phone and showed the body shot video to a stunned Willow. "Oh my God, that's the woman I found in my bedroom," a horrified Willow said. Willow wanted to make sure the kids never learned what happened. She worried Wiley and Scout would find out via their phones that eight-year-olds should not have.

Willow also felt that there had to be an explanation. "Nothing about this fits with the man I know and love," Willow insisted. Nina tried to reason with Willow. "It does seem that Drew has lost control. Has Drew been drinking more than usual lately?" Nina asked. Willow wondered if Drew was a closet alcoholic. "What if you're right and I've been blind to him this whole time?" Willow asked as her eyes widened. Just then, Drew began banging on the door.

In California, Sonny woke to find Jack sitting in his room. Sonny was grateful to Jack for helping Brick out. "I merely did a little cleaning up. Can't have your associate harassed by local police," Jack said, adding that he was only watching over Sonny until Jason arrived, and now he had.

In the waiting room, Carly welcomed Jason and told him what happened with Brick and the shady nurse with a gun. "If Brick had shown up five seconds later, Sonny would be dead," she said. When Jack left Sonny's room, Jason thanked him for helping out and keeping an eye on Sonny.

Jack told Carly that Sonny was awake, so she went to see him. Sonny tried to send Carly home, telling her that there was nothing she could do there. Sonny insisted that Jason was there now and nothing would happen on his watch. "Carly, I don't need you right now, but there's somebody who does," Sonny said, referring to Donna. Sonny finally convinced Carly to leave.

While Carly visited with Sonny, Jack told Jason that the assassin was well-known in the intelligence community and not someone who usually went after mobsters. Jason noted that she had the same background as Zelitsky, the man who planted the fire bomb in Sonny's penthouse.

Jason soon visited Sonny and was surprised by what he had to say. "Someone gave me an important message that has me looking at the big picture. Something we have been talking about for a while. We gotta get out of this business," Sonny said.

A perplexed Jason asked who sent Sonny the message. He was more perplexed when Sonny told him it was Mike. "I know you're looking at me like I've lost it because I'm talking to my dead father," Sonny said. Jason assessed that they need to find out who was coming after Sonny before they left the business.

Kai arrived at the hospital ready for his surgery. Trina was already there to offer moral support. Kai warned Trina that a documentary filmmaker was following him, but he also wondered where Drew was. "Yeah, Drew might not be feeling the greatest this morning," Trina said.

Felicia approached them to go over some paperwork with Kai. She got Kai set up in his room. When Trina walked in, she asked Kai if he wanted to go ahead with the documentary without Drew. Kai wasn't sure. However, he had signed the release and believed there should be a record of the surgery.

When Portia got to her office, the filmmaker interviewed her and pointed out that this surgery had left some patients paralyzed. "Is that risk worth it?" he asked. Portia said it was a risky surgery, but tried to remain diplomatic and positive. "I see a bright future ahead for Kai Taylor," she declared.
