At the California hospital, Carly and Brick awaited word of Sonny's condition. Brick promised Carly that he had a security team watching the hospital, reminding her that whoever fire-bombed Sonny's penthouse was still out there. Brick admitted that he kept hitting roadblocks, but Carly was sure Brick would have some answers soon.

Carly told Brick that Michael was doing better, but she worried that a visit from "Michael's cheating wife" could cause him to have a setback. Brick remained optimistic that it could be a good visit, but Carly disagreed. "I'd like to believe that, but I've lost all faith in Willow and her ability to do the right thing," Carly said.

When the doctor came out to talk to Carly and Brick, they learned that Sonny's surgery was a smashing success. Carly called Jason to give him the news as a suspicious nurse snuck into Sonny's room with a mysterious syringe. She shut off Sonny's monitors and got to work just as Sonny's eyes popped open.

Willow called Nina as soon as she got to the German clinic to tell her she was more nervous than she expected to be. Nina assured her that she'd relax once she saw Michael. "Just be calm and focused on the kids, and I'm sure you'll work something out," Nina advised.

Willow approached the front desk and asked to see Michael. She was soon stunned to learn that Michael did not want to see her. Willow begged the woman to tell Michael that she was there to talk about their kids. The woman didn't seem hopeful. "He made things very clear. He wants nothing to do with you," the woman told a confused and devastated Willow.

When Nina hung up, she turned to Portia so they could figure out how to solve their Drew problem with a prostitute. Nina wanted Portia to use her doctor skills to give Drew something that would knock him out so they could make it look like he was with Nina's escort friend.

Portia was on board, but wanted to know how she would benefit from the plan. Nina just assumed that without Willow, Drew would just move to D.C. and get out of everyone's hair, including Portia's. They would also have pics taken of Drew's indiscretions. Portia liked having that leverage over Drew.

Nina and Portia met with Jacinda and told her their plan. She didn't like the idea of getting involved with a congressman, so she upped her usual rate considerably.

While Portia and Nina tried to negotiate with Jacinda, a hysterical Willow called to tell Nina that Michael refused to see her. Nina suggested that Willow give Michael some time and try again, but Willow had given up. "There's nothing else for us to say to each other. Michael's obviously cutting me out of his life, and that's fine by me," Willow cried. "Drew would never treat me this way," she added.

As soon as Nina and Willow hung up, we saw the front desk woman call Drew. "Is it done?" Drew asked. "Yes, I did exactly as you asked, Congressman. I lied to Mrs. Corinthos and told her that her husband doesn't want to see her," the woman said.

Jordan met with Sidwell at the Metro Court as they waited for a lunch meeting with Drew. When Drew arrived, he was surprised to hear that Jordan was Sidwell's new COO. Drew congratulated Jordan, who made herself clear. "I am hoping this can be a fresh start, and to be honest, I hope that you and I can have one too," Jordan said.

"I fought hard for you in your campaign because I believed in you. No matter what happened between us, I want you to know that I still do," Jordan added. Drew was shocked but pleased by Jordan's sentiments.

Once that was all out of the way, Sidwell brought up the topic at hand. How to make sure the esplanade was built on Sonny's piers. "You need to double down on your opposition to Sonny. You have the power to persuade a majority of voters over to our side," Sidwell advised Drew. Jordan suggested that Drew did not attack Laura as part of this campaign.

At Miller & Davis, Marco once again assured Alexis that his relationship with his father would not interfere with his work. Alexis said she wanted to talk about a deal that Sidwell had already made. Alexis warned Marco that the contract with Deception might come into question.

Alexis was surprised to hear that Deception fired Natalia, but Marco didn't think Alexis would be that upset, considering how badly Natalia had treated Kristina. Alexis wasn't surprised to learn that Marco had a falling out with Natalia when he was in high school.

Ava showed up and interrupted their conversation. She wanted to speak to Alexis about their little blackmail payment arrangement. Ava needed another $150K right away, but Alexis said she couldn't embezzle more money this soon. Ava made more threats, but eventually gave in. "You're not the one calling the shots here. I am," Ava reminded.

At GH, Molly stared in disbelief at the commitment papers. "According to this document, my mom wants to have Kristina committed," Molly exclaimed to a confused Cody. It hit Molly that these were Diane's papers that got mixed up with hers.

Molly assumed that Kristina had no idea these papers existed, telling Cody about the girls' night they had just had. "My mom wasn't acting like someone who thought Kristina needed to be committed. Kristina wasn't acting like someone who needed to be.

Cody recalled when he was held at Ferncliff against his will when he tried to rescue Sasha from Dr. Montague and Gladys. Molly knew she had to tell Kristina what was going on, so Cody joined her.

In Carly's kitchen, Kristina and Donna continued making a get-well card for Sonny. Donna began worrying about Sonny and asked if he would really be okay. Kristina assured her that he would.

Kristina was surprised to see Molly and Cody at the door. Molly got Cody to distract Donna in another room so she could be alone with her sister. Molly handed Kristina the papers and watched her face go white. "What the hell is this?" Kristina asked. She insisted they couldn't be real.

Molly explained how she ended up with one of Diane's envelopes. "I swear. I didn't even know Mom was thinking about this," Molly said. Molly tried to reason that Alexis drew up the papers just in case. "In case what? In case I have some sort of mental breakdown?" Kristina asked.

"Well, Kristina, you have been going through a lot lately. Maybe she had this drawn up after our baby died," Molly reasoned. Kristina found the date on the papers and knew that wasn't true. "That was the same day we had our Davis Girls night. So, she did this and then she hung out with us," Kristina said incredulously.

Kristina, a woman who just cut the brakes on someone's car in an effort to kill them, couldn't believe that Alexis didn't trust her to make her own decisions. Both girls decided to confront Alexis in her office. She was happy to see them and asked what was going on. "You tell us, Mommy Dearest," Kristina said as she handed Alexis the papers.

Brook Lynn stormed into Lulu's new house with one demand. "I want you to stop using my baby to torture me," Brook Lynn shouted. She knew that Lulu was writing a story about adoption because of her, but Lulu denied it.

"I pitched three articles to the editor at the Llanview Banner, and she decided that I should write about adoption. Brook Lynn, you're not the only person who has ever given up a baby for adoption," Lulu said.

Brook Lynn didn't buy it, but was exasperated at this point. "Fine. Tell Dante about the baby if you want to. Just be ready for the consequences," she warned. Brook Lynn feared Dante would try to track their son down and disrupt his life. Lulu pointed out that her son might already know he was adopted, but Brook Lynn didn't want to take the risk.

"I have to keep a lie that directly affects Dante and Rocco. I hate this," Lulu said, as she argued for just telling Dante the truth. As the two women shouted back and forth, Dante walked in and asked what was going on. Brook Lynn spoke up and told Dante that Lulu's article about adoption hit too close to home because she and Chase were planning to adopt. After Brook Lynn left, Dante asked Lulu what her argument with Brook Lynn was really about.
