Here is your General Hospital recap for Monday, April 21, 2025, when all eyes were on Natalia and what she might do next.
What happened on General Hospital

At Wyndemere, Sidwell marveled over the fact that Sonny needed heart surgery. He asked Natalia for details, but she didn't have many and tried to leave. After Natalia left, Sidwell called Alexis to discuss Marco's job. Alexis had no desire to talk, so she hung up.
Sidwell did not care that Alexis didn't want to talk, so he showed up in her office. Alexis admitted that Sidwell was the reason Marco did not have an official job offer yet. Alexis said that she suspected that Sidwell brought Marco to Port Charles because he knew that Sonny and Jason were Miller & Davis clients. Sidwell denied the accusation, but conceded that he did ask Marco to move to PC.
"What can I do to alleviate your concerns about my son's father? Because frankly, Ms. Davis, you'd be a fool not to hire him," he said. Sidwell explained he was trying to overcompensate for being an absentee father by trying to help his son get the job he wanted.
Alexis was surprised to hear that Natalia was Sidwell's ex and asked if he was Blaze's dad. Sidwell said he was not. Alexis informed Sidwell that his love for his son had no bearing on her hiring decisions.
In the Q solarium, Sasha played dumb when Jason questioned her about Sidwell. However, he put things together already. She had a stash of cash and sang Sidwell's praises, so he knew she had made a deal with him. "Did that money come from Sidwell?" Jason finally asked. Sasha admitted that it had.
An angry Jason asked Sasha why she did it. Sasha tried to make excuses for Sidwell, claiming he only kidnapped her because Holly had stolen his diamonds. Sasha knew that Sidwell was dangerous, but she wanted Maxie to get hold of Sidwell's zincite for the sake of Deception.
"Did you feel this way before Sidwell paid you off?" Jason asked. He told Sasha that she didn't have to take Sidwell's money, but Sasha insisted that yes, she did. "I want to know that I can support myself and my child," she said, as she has said so many times before.
When Jason told her she had family and friends for support, Sasha said she didn't want their charity. "Sidwell offered me compensation for what he had put me through, and I took it, and now we are done," she insisted. Sasha asked Jason not to tell anyone what she did, causing Jason to believe it weighed on her conscience.
In the Deception office, the ladies worried that Sidwell's assets could be frozen if Anna opened an investigation into the man. They wondered if they would lose their zincite. Anna assured the women she didn't even have enough evidence to investigate.
Anna advised Maxie and Brook Lynn to keep Sidwell as their supplier because he wanted to establish himself and would keep himself completely legit, at least as far as Deception was concerned. "So, he's using us to launder his reputation?" Brook Lynn asked. "Yeah, probably," Anna answered.
As Anna left, Lucy returned to inform Brook Lynn and Maxie what they already knew — Natalia was Sidwell's ex-wife. After Lucy had a gummy and babbled for a bit, they agreed to keep Sidwell on for now, but they knew they had to do something about Natalia. "Do you think she said anything to Sidwell that can actually hurt us?" Lucy asked as Natalia walked in the door, denying saying anything.
Natalia explained that she and Sidwell had been divorced for decades, and she never would have told him anything he shouldn't have known. "If you weren't working with him, then why didn't you say something when you heard he was doing business with Deception?" Maxie asked.
Natalia made excuse after excuse for herself until Sonny walked in. That's when Maxie announced that Natalia was fired with Sonny's approval.
Carly wouldn't take no for an answer when Sonny told her that she couldn't accompany him to his surgery in Los Angeles. Sonny reasoned that Carly coming along would draw attention, and he needed to look like he was on a business trip. Carly figured she could leak that she was scouting hotels to expand the Metro Court, and everything would be fine.
Sonny hated that idea, so Carly came up with another one. "We can say that we're interviewing doctors for when Michael comes back from Germany," she said. Sonny didn't like using Michael as an excuse. "I think it's perfect and it will work," Carly declared.
Sonny then argued that he didn't want Carly to disrupt her life. Carly didn't care because she knew she was the best person to take care of Sonny in this scenario. Carly then got serious about Natalia. "I worry that she knows as much as she does," Carly said. Sonny didn't think that Natalia would wish harm on him.
Just then, Brook Lynn called and asked Sonny to meet her at the Deception offices. After Sonny left, Jason showed up so Carly could chastise him for not telling her about Sonny's heart condition sooner. "You deserve to have a life separate and apart from Sonny. I knew there were times in the past when you would try to distance yourself, and I would pull you right back in," Jason said.
In the end, Jason was glad that Carly would be there for Sonny. Jason also assumed that Natalia told Sidwell everything about Sonny's heart.
Marco met with Lucas in the new Monica Quarteraine cardiac center to discuss Marco's family ties. "Your father has hurt a lot of my friends and family, and I am being very, very polite when I say all of them think he's a criminal," Lucas said.
Marco explained that he didn't grow up with his dad and had no childhood memories of him because Natalia wouldn't let him see Sidwell. "Maybe your mom was onto something," Lucas said. Marco told Lucas that he and his mother had a falling out in high school when he came out, but his father accepted him.
"He didn't care about who I was or me coming out. He was just there for me," Marco said. Lucas admitted he didn't know his father until he was an adult either, but Julian had died about four years ago. Marco confessed that he was close to his dad, who had suggested he move to Port Charles.
Lucas then asked a pointed question: "Is Jenz Sidwell a criminal?" Marcus replied, "I have no knowledge of my father doing anything illegal." That just left Lucas with another question. "Is that because he's legit, or are you being willfully ignorant because he doesn't want to know the truth?" he asked.
Marco said he knew there were aspects of his business that Sidwell kept from him, and he wanted it that way. By the end of the conversation, it was clear that Lucas and Marco would consider seeing one another. After Lucas left, Natalia appeared to fret about Sidwell and how he and Sonny had just ruined her life. "Sonny just fired me like it was nothing," she fumed.
On the cardiac center terrace, Jordan told Isaiah that their romance was over so she could infiltrate Sidwell's business without complications. Isaiah didn't want things to be over. Neither did Jordan, but she explained that she couldn't take the risk. She was sure Sidwell would have her followed.
Isaiah asked Jordan if she was still with the DEA. When she told him no, he was surprised to know she was doing all this on her own. "You're completely upending your life and putting yourself in this dangerous position just so you can be the one to bring Sidwell down?" he asked.
Jordan argued this wasn't about her ego. She knew she was in the best position to stop Sidwell. Isaiah didn't think Jordan would succeed because Sidwell knew how to cover his tracks. "The chances of you finding evidence to bring him down are slim to none," he said.
Isaiah had to finally accept that there was no talking Jordan out of her bright idea. "Bye, Jordan. Please be careful," he said. After Isaiah walked away, Anna found Jordan in tears. Jordan told Anna what she was up to but asked for her discretion.
Josslyn found it strange when she heard moaning coming from a dumpster. She discovered Emma inexplicably inside with her foot stuck. Josslyn tried to help her, but Emma insisted she was fine. Finally, Emma gave Joss her hand before Emma admitted that she had always been envious of Josslyn when they were kids.
"You were this super cool girl who lived part-time in Australia, and you surfed. You never cared what people thought about you. You weren't afraid to push the boundaries and go for things that you wanted," she said.
Josslyn confessed that she was jealous of Emma. "You always seemed to have everything figured out. You didn't need to break the rules or push the boundaries to get what you wanted," Joss said. Emma wanted to know one thing. "How did you get into Dalton's class when there are at least 10 people on that wait list?" she asked.
Joss said she had no idea how she got into the class, but she was going to work just as hard as anyone else to ace the course.
