The citizens of General Hospital's Port Charles are finally starting to realize that Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) is responsible for a rash of mysterious cardiac deaths in recent months, but they still don't have the proof they need to bring this disturbed villain down for good.
Surely, he will kill again or try to kill again before they do, so who will be Cyrus' potential next victim? Let's take a look at who Cyrus might want to silence before his work is done.
Josslyn Jacks

Josslyn (Eden McCoy) is already on the hunt and doing it as loudly as her mother. Carly (Laura Wright) has been known to screw up an investigation or two (or 10) with her loud mouth, so Joss has certainly learned from the master. Josslyn is anything but discreet in her quest to prove that Cyrus not only stabbed Dex (Evan Hofer) but injected him with a lethal dose of Digitalis.
She already let him know he is on the PCPD's radar, and now she is volunteering at Turning Woods, where she is sure to run into the drug kingpin turned religious zealot. Cyrus already killed Dex so he wouldn't expose him as Sam's (Kelly Monaco) murderer, so why not kill his girlfriend too?
Brad Cooper
Brad (Parry Shen) has been getting in Cyrus' face just a little too much of late. Brad took him to task for the way he treated Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) several years back when she was the hospital's chief of staff. That run-in got Cyrus banned from GH.
When Cyrus returned, he encountered Brad once again. Brad didn't learn the first time and got in Cyrus' face again. Is it only a matter of time before Brad realizes that Cyrus was around the nights that Sam and Dex died?
Elizabeth Webber
Like Josslyn, Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) is also sneaking around Turning Woods to get some proof that Cyrus has been mercy-killing patients using Digitalis. Cyrus already found it curious when Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) and Elizabeth paid a visit to the Port Charles Grille and started asking too many questions. Finding Liz at Turning Woods would set off alarm bells in Cyrus' head.
Elizabeth was also the nurse on duty when he killed Sam. Not only that, but she was suspended when Digitalis was found in Sam's and Dex's systems. Cyrus knows keeping Elizabeth alive is a liability so she better watch her back.
Alexis Davis
Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is not about to let her daughter's murder go unpunished and is determined to get to the bottom of things. If she gets wind that Cyrus is a suspect, she might become as loud and careless as Josslyn. Alexis may be a high-powered attorney who should know better, but she is also a grieving hot mess right now.
When Alexis lets her emotions get in the way, she makes major mistakes. Letting Cyrus know that the walls are closing in could be one of them.
Sonny Corinthos
Sonny (Maurice Benard) doesn't even have to suspect Cyrus to become a target. Cyrus has always hated and resented Sonny for a variety of reasons — one being that Sonny beat him to a pulp last year. If Sonny ends up in the hospital due to his heart condition, Cyrus might think he finally has the perfect opportunity to seek revenge, but here is where it can get complicated.
If Cyrus injects Sonny with a legitimate medication meant for heart patients, will anything even happen? Cyrus might be shocked when Sonny turns out to be just fine. That could very well be his undoing. Will it happen? Stay tuned to find out.
