In Cody’s bedroom, sparks flew as Cody and Sasha shared a passionate kiss and made their way to the bed.

Outside the stables, Tracy and Violet prepared to go riding. Violet loved her new English riding outfit, which matched Tracy’s. Tracy explained that it was about more than looking good. “It’s about safety and comfort,” she advised. They entered the stable’s main area as Tracy told Violet about the importance of properly saddling a horse. However, Tracy soon realized that Cody wasn’t around, so she and Violet went in search of him.

A short time later, Tracy and Violet returned to the main area. Violet suggested checking Cody’s bedroom, so Tracy started up the stairs as she called out to Cody.

In Cody’s bedroom, Cody and Sasha froze when they heard Tracy. Sasha asked if he had locked the door, so Cody grabbed his shirt and yelled down to Tracy that he would join her shortly. Moments later, Cody rushed down the stairs and apologized. Tracy asked if he’d been taking a nap, but he deftly evaded the question and confessed that he’d forgotten that Tracy and Violet had planned to go riding. Cody blamed it on the excitement over James going missing, but he rushed to assure Violet that James was fine.

Cody, Tracy, and Violet started to walk toward the horses, but Violet realized that she’d left her helmet behind. Cody tried to stop Violet, but he was too late. Violet saw Sasha trying to quietly slip out. “Were you and Cody taking a nap?” Violet asked. Tracy smiled with understanding, and Cody tried to salvage the situation. Cody blamed his and Sasha’s nap on getting older. “But, you and Sasha aren’t old. Tracy is old,” Violet said. Tracy sputtered with indignation and reminded Violet that it wasn’t polite to discuss someone’s age.

Sasha explained that she had to get to the house to start dinner, so Tracy asked Sasha to take Violet, so Violet could fetch apples and carrots for the horses. After Sasha and Violet left, Tracy scolded Cody for having a tryst with Sasha in the middle of the day when the children were running around and prone to barging into Cody’s bedroom. Cody conceded that Tracy was right, but he admitted that it had been a big day for him. “Mac told James that I’m his son," Cody shared. Tracy smiled and assured Cody that she was happy for him. “Now, go saddle my horse,” she said.

At the hospital, Brad knocked on Terry’s door and entered. He greeted her, but Terry quickly cut to the chase and asked why he had reached out to her. Brad explained that he’d seen a job opening for a lab technician on General Hospital’s website. Terry assured him that they had a lab manager they trusted, but Brad clarified that he’d been referring to an entry-level position. “I know it’s a long shot…unless the chief of staff goes to bat for me,” Brad offered.

Terry reminded Brad of his past crimes including changing the results of Hamilton Finn’s drug tests and falsifying Britt Westbourne’s lab work to make it appear that Britt had been pregnant with Patrick Drake’s baby. Brad pointed out that Britt had been pregnant. “Yeah, because you helped Britt and her mother steal Lulu Falconeri’s embryo,” Terry said. Brad was surprised by Terry’s knowledge of his history, but she retrieved a thick folder out of her desk drawer and dropped it on her desk.

“Wow. That looks…thorough,” Brad admitted. When he clarified that he hadn’t implanted Lulu’s embryo, Terry wasn’t impressed. She pointed out that he had conspired with Nelle Benson to pass Wiley Corinthos off as his and Lucas' baby. “My child had just died,” Brad explained. Terry felt bad for Brad, but she argued that it hadn’t been an excuse for what he’d done. Brad acknowledged that it had been a “monumentally bad call" on his part, but it had cost him everything—and he’d been punished enough.

Brad shared that Britt had grown to trust him again, and she had lobbied for him to become a patient advocate. “Before she was murdered by Heather Webber,” Brad added. Brad insisted that Britt had been committed to the good of the hospital, and she wouldn’t have supported him working at General Hospital if she hadn’t trusted him. Terry pointed out that being a patient advocate required a different kind of integrity than working in the lab.

Brad told Terry that Britt had believed in second chances, and he argued that his transgressions had been the result of either blackmail or coercion. Terry argued that Brad was no innocent victim. He agreed because he’d brought all of his troubles on himself, but he was still an expert lab technician. Terry suggested that he try a different lab, but he explained that it had to be General Hospital. “It’s home,” he said.

Terry remained reluctant, so Brad reminded Terry how Britt had befriended her and that Britt had died saving Josslyn. Brad hoped that Terry could persuade Michael—and others—to give him a chance because it was what Britt would have wanted. Terry capitulated. She agreed to give him a recommendation, but she warned him there would be a probationary period if the lab manager hired him. Grateful, Brad vowed to win over the haters.

At the police station, Jason asked to see Anna, but he was told that she had stepped out. Dante offered to help, but Jason explained that he would wait for Anna. When Jason sat down in an empty chair next to Dante’s desk, Dante struck up a conversation by asking if Jason intended to attend Danny’s baseball game later in the week. Jason confirmed that he would be there, so the two men discussed the chances of Danny’s team winning a trophy. However, the conversation was cut short when Dante was called away.

In Laura’s office, Laura revealed that she was needed at Lulu’s long-term care facility. Concerned, Anna asked if there was anything she could do. “Step up the search for Valentin. Charlotte may need to see her mother, and I hope to God it’s not the last time,” Laura said.

Shortly after Anna left, Jordan entered Laura’s office. Laura explained that she needed Jordan to cover for her because Laura might be away for a few days or longer. Laura shared that Lulu has suffered a health setback.

Later, Dante arrived. He asked about a planned family dinner with Rocco, but Laura revealed that she had to cancel. “I have to go to Silver Water. Something’s not right with Lulu,” Laura said. Alarmed, Dante wondered how to break the news to Rocco, but Laura suggested that he wait until she had talked to Dr. Kitsen. Dante admitted that he would always love Lulu, even though they hadn’t been together at the time of her injury. “I know that,” Laura assured him.

Sometime later, Laura entered Lulu’s room, but she stopped short when she saw that Lulu had a visitor. Laura scowled. “What the hell are you doing here?” she asked.

At the hospital, John was flanked by two FBI agents as he approached Kristina and announced that she was under arrest. Kristina sat in her wheelchair with an expression of shock, and Sonny glared at John. Nearby, Alexis and Molly were stunned by the turn of events. Alexis demanded to know what the charges were, but John ignored her. Furious, Sonny accused John of trying to use Kristina to get to him. “But he can’t do it like a man, so he has to harass my daughter,” Sonny said. John smirked and reminded Sonny that, if it were true, there was nothing that Sonny could do about it.

Sonny and John exchanged words, but Alexis warned both men to stop. John ordered one of the agents to handcuff Kristina, but Alexis objected. When Sonny stepped away to call Diane, Alexis once again demanded to know the charges. John informed Alexis that Kristina was an adult, so he wasn’t obligated to tell her parents. Alexis clarified that she was asking as Kristina’s attorney, not her mother. John was surprised when Alexis revealed that her law license had been reinstated.

“State the charges,” Alexis ordered. John turned to Kristina. “Kristina Corinthos-Davis, you are under arrest for the assault and attempted murder of Ava Jerome,” John said. Molly told John that it was a ridiculous accusation, but John said the victim disagreed. “Ava Jerome is nobody’s victim,” Kristina argued. “Only because you didn’t succeed,” John countered. Alexis pointed out that Kristina had been the one to fall out the window, while Ava had been unharmed.

John refused to litigate the case with Alexis, but Molly reminded the agent that he wasn’t an attorney and wouldn’t be litigating anything. Molly added that John was out of his jurisdiction because it was a “local incident.” When Sonny returned, John accused Kristina of threatening a witness in an ongoing federal investigation. “Which means this is absolutely within my jurisdiction,” John said. According to John, Kristina had confronted and threatened to kill Ava after receiving a subpoena from Ava’s attorney to testify against Sonny in court.

Kristina denied the accusations, but John claimed that Kristina had been in a rage and attacked Ava, which had resulted in Kristina crashing through the window. John added that the photos Kristina had “so generously provided” had corroborated Ava’s story. Alexis disagreed because Ava’s hand had been on Kristina, not the other way around, but John insisted Ava had been defending herself. Alexis argued that Ava had sent Kristina off balance and out the window. “Well, now it’s for the courts to decide,” John said in a smug tone.

However, John’s eyes couldn’t meet Kristina’s as he ordered her to stand up. Alexis objected and reminded him that Kristina was in no physical condition to be hauled off to jail. John disagreed because Kristina had been in the process of being discharged from the hospital, but Alexis argued that Kristina had been cleared to go home to a nice clean bed, not a dirty jail cell. Alexis threatened to call the ACLU, DOJ, FBI, and local press, so John backed down. “Fine. Bring the wheelchair,” he said.

An FBI agent stepped forward and handcuffed Kristina as she was read her Miranda rights. Molly wanted to go the police station, but Alexis advised Molly to stay away because they couldn’t risk any hint of impropriety.

A short time later, Molly met up with Jordan at an outdoor café. Molly was curious if Jordan had called her as Molly’s mother-in-law or as the deputy mayor. “A little of both,” Jordan confessed. Molly wanted to reschedule, but Jordan insisted that Molly stay because their talk was important. “I need to make sure you really hear me,” Jordan said. “What on earth were you doing going to see Ava Jerome in jail?” Jordan asked.

Molly claimed that she’d gone to see Ava for personal reasons, but Jordan knew better because Molly had taken Dex Heller as an impartial witness, which wouldn’t have been necessary if Molly hadn’t been there as a private citizen. Jordan also pointed out that Molly wouldn’t have been granted permission to see Ava unless it had been in an official capacity. Jordan called Molly out for abusing her position as the assistant district attorney and for potentially compromising the case against Ava. Molly was apologetic, but she questioned why the deputy mayor—rather than D.A. Scorpio—was reprimanding her.

“Because Robert knew you were acting out of grief,” Jordan explained. Jordan admitted that it had been a professional courtesy to Jordan. However, she wanted to know why Molly had gone to see Ava when T.J. had needed Molly. Molly confessed that she’d been angry and had wanted justice for her daughter. Jordan empathized, but Molly insisted that they owed it to the baby to find out what had really happened. “I’m starting to think that Kristina falling wasn’t actually Ava’s fault,” Molly confessed.

Molly clarified that she didn’t think Kristina had intended to hurt the baby, and she doubted the confrontation had anything to do with Ava being a federal witness. Jordan agreed. Molly explained that Kristina could be defensive and confrontational under the best of circumstances. “So, I have to ask myself, could Kristina have been the one who initiated the physical confrontation?” Molly asked. Molly confessed that it was possible because Kristina had been adamant about not testifying against Sonny.

Jordan admitted that it didn’t seem “unhinged” for Kristina to confront Ava. Molly explained that Kristina had a temper, and she had hated Ava because Kristina blamed Ava for Morgan’s death. Molly shared that Kristina didn’t think sometimes, so it wasn’t far-fetched that Kristina would threaten and attack Ava. Molly was certain they wouldn’t be sitting there if Kristina had just listened to her and stayed away from Ava.

At the police station, Anna was surprised to see Jason. After they went to her office, Jason revealed that Sonny’s bipolar medication had been tampered with. Anna confessed that Carly had told her before Anna’s recent visit with Sonny. Anna was curious if Jason had any ideas who had tampered with the medications. “Valentin. Who got away because I gave you time to warn him,” Jason said. Anna questioned the theory because Ava had a history of tampering with bipolar medication, but Jason assured Anna that it was true because he had spoken to the pharmacist.

Jason revealed that the pharmacist had shared everything, including how Valentin had approached and paid the man. Anna promised that she hadn’t known about Valentin’s plot. Jason just wanted to know where Valentin was. Anna admitted that she didn’t know, but Jason asked if she would tell him if she did. “Eventually,” she conceded. “That I believe,” he said. Anna was curious if Sonny knew about Valentin. “Not yet,” Jason admitted.

Anna asked Jason to hold off because she needed to find Charlotte. Anna shared that Lulu’s health had taken a turn, so Laura wanted Charlotte home to spend time with Lulu. Jason warned Anna that he had no intention of keeping anything else from Sonny, but Anna feared that Sonny would try to retaliate. Anna made an impassioned plea for Jason to give her some time, but he wanted to know if she intended to tip Valentin off. Anna explained that she couldn’t let a private citizen take the law into his own hands.

After Jason left, Anna made a phone call. “I need your help in locating one of your clients,” she told the person on the other end.

Meanwhile, Alexis and Sonny arrived at the police station while Kristina was being booked. Alexis accused John of abusing his power, overreaching, and malicious prosecution, and she threatened to report him to the FBI. Unconcerned, John assured Alexis that the FBI had been investigating Sonny for decades. Alexis suspected the FBI was far less interested in Sonny than John was. Sonny admitted that he couldn’t wait to see John crash and burn.

When Kristina was wheeled into the squad room, she asked about Molly. Alexis explained that she had asked Molly to stay away. Kristina complained about being uncomfortable and wanting to go home, so Sonny assured both Kristina and Alexis that Frank would pick up Kristina’s prescription and drop it off. After Alexis stepped away to make some arrangements for Kristina, Sonny promised his daughter that she'd be home before she knew it. A teary-eyed Kristina nodded her head.

Later, Dante approached his father and asked about his sister’s arrest. Sonny confirmed it was true. Just then, John entered the squad room. Dante confronted the agent, but John was unapologetic and walked away. Sonny revealed that Alexis had arranged for Kristina to spend the night in the interrogation room.

In the interrogation room, Kristina assured her mother that John’s accusations were not true. Alexis believed her because the allegations weren’t even plausible. Kristina acknowledged that she’d been angry, but she insisted that Ava had grabbed her when Kristina had threatened to testify about what Ava had done to Connie Falconeri and Morgan. Kristina was adamant that she hadn’t attacked Ava. Alexis promised to prove it if necessary.

A short time later, Dante entered the interrogation room and handed his sister some food from a nearby bodega. Kristina wasn’t hungry, but Alexis urged her to eat. After a few sips of soup, Kristina admitted that it was good. Alexis excused herself and left, so Dante promised to stay with his sister through the night. Kristina was scared because there wasn’t any evidence to prove what had really happened, but Dante assured Kristina that people would believe her over Ava.

In the squad room, Sonny watched Kristina through the window until John approached from behind and tried to goad him. Sonny called John out for using Kristina, but John was unrepentant. “I had to watch while you used Karen. Now, you can watch while justice takes its course,” John said. Just then, Jason walked up. “Well, if it isn’t the enforcer. Right on cue,” John taunted. Sonny asked Jason to join him for a walk.

Alexis approached John and informed him that she had petitioned for an emergency hearing, but he was confident that she wouldn’t get the charges dismissed. “We’ll see,” Alexis said. She revealed that she intended to ask for an immediate bail, but John pointed out that Kristina’s father owned a private island. “She won’t be a flight risk at all,” he sarcastically said. Alexis vowed not to let him railroad her daughter.

Outside, Sonny sat behind the wheel of his car as Jason slid into the passenger seat. Sonny was certain that John had tampered with his medication. “It was Valentin,” Jason said.
