3 BIG General Hospital Takeaways, February 20: Josslyn shoots to kill, Lucky's bad luck, Jason talks to Sam

On the Thursday, February 20, 2025, episode of General Hospital, Josslyn got the job done, Liz rushed Lucky to the ER, and Jason had a decision to make.

Josslyn (Eden McCoy) rifled through Cyrus' (Jeff Kober) things at his hideaway just outside Port Charles. She didn't have much luck until she came across the hospital bracelets he cut from each of his victims. As she snapped a pic of the bracelets as evidence, Cyrus opened the door. He walked away as soon as he saw her but quickly returned with an ax.

Cyrus wielded his ax as Josslyn (Eden McCoy) called him a monster. Cyrus told her he had to kill Dex (Evan Hofer) and Sam (Kelly Monaco) because they got in the way of his mission, which was also why he had to kill her. Before he could, Josslyn took matters into her own hands, grabbed Dex's gun, and shot Cyrus right in the chest. As he died on the floor, Cyrus told Joss that she was the murderer now. Once she could not find a pulse, Joss called Jack (Chris McKenna) for help, and he was there in a flash.

Lucky's life on the line

Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) got Lucky (temporarily played by Guy Wilson) to General Hospital as soon as she could and alerted Laura (Genie Francis) to what was going on. Laura and Jordan (Tanisha Harper) rushed to the hospital while Anna (Finola Hughes) headed to Liz's house, where she found Aiden (Colin Cassidy). She brought him to GH to be with his mother and grandmother.

Laura was stunned to learn that Cyrus had caused Lulu's (Alexa Havins) liver failure. Liz filled Anna in on everything that went on at her house before Isaiah appeared with an update on Lucky's condition.

Jason's huge move

Jason (Steve Burton) visited Sam's grave to tell her that he knew who killed her and he wanted to kill her killer. He desperately wanted to be the one to kill Cyrus for what he did to Sam, but he also knew that Sam wouldn't want him to for Danny's (Asher Antonyzyn) sake. He promised he would always put Danny first, and that was what he was going to do.

Jason then went to see Drew (Cameron Mathison) and told his angry brother that he wanted a truce for Sam's sake. That was the furthest thing from Drew's mind.
