3 Big General Hospital Takeaways, February 19: Cyrus strikes again, Willow's stunned, Lulu opens her big mouth

On the Wednesday, February 19, 2025, episode of General Hospital, Liz got an earful from Cyrus as Drew made a move and Lulu didn't think.

General Hospital highlights

Cyrus (Jeff Kober) told Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) everything she wanted to know about his months-long mercy killing spree. He knew Liz had been poking around asking questions about him, so he gave her permission to ask more. Elizabeth started by asking why he tried to kill Lulu (Alexa Havins). Cyrus explained that his niece had been suffering for four years and he just wanted to set her free.

He even revealed that he had given her a drug that led to her liver failure before resorting to turning off her ventilator. He had to kill Sam (Kelly Monaco) because she was interfering with God's will by prolonging Lulu's coma. He had no way of knowing Lulu would wake. He killed Dex (Evan Hofer) because he got too close to learning the truth, which was also why he had to kill Liz.

Cyrus grabbed her and tried to inject Liz with Digitalis until Lucky (temporarily played by Guy Wilson) came through the door. In their struggle, Cyrus ended up jabbing his nephew while Liz dialed 911.

Willow's big surprise

When Drew (Cameron Mathison) and Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) walked into The Savoy like they were a normal couple, Curtis (Donnell Turner) was incensed. He pulled Drew aside and told him that he had to leave but Willow was welcome to stay. A furious Drew grabbed Willow and they both quickly left, with Drew saying he had a surprise in store.

The surprise was Drew's new house. Willow absolutely loved it, but Drew had more in store. He asked Willow to move in with him. She stood there with her jaw on the floor not knowing what to say.

Rude Lulu

Lulu and Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) were forced to put out a business fire at Deception where Brook Lynn took umbrage with the way that Lulu spoke to a vendor. Lulu didn't see why Brook Lynn should be so upset when she led such a charmed life. After all, she had fallen into everything she had and would soon have perfect babies. What more could she ask for?

Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) showed up and wondered what the ruckus was about. Brook Lynn left so Lulu whined to Dante about Brook Lynn's luck. Chase (Josh Swickard) had just told Dante about his fertility problems, so a frustrated Dante informed Lulu that Brook Lynn wouldn't soon have perfect babies. That was one way to get Lulu to stop talking.
