3 BIG General Hospital Takeaways, February 18: Kisses, pleas, and plumbing needs

On the Tuesday, February 18, 2025, episode of General Hospital, Lucky and Liz grew closer, Anna begged Jason, and Carly saw a new side of Jack.

General Hospital highlights

Aiden (Colin Cassidy) baked a perfect Valentine's cake for his mom, not knowing his dad would be around. Since Lucky (temporarily played by Guy Wilson) was there, Aiden introduced him to his boyfriend Tobias (Charlie Besso) before privately asking Liz if she wanted him to stay home so she wouldn't be alone with Lucky. Liz didn't mind being alone with her ex at all and told Aiden to go to the skating party.

Liz told Lucky that all of her boys worried about her and wanted to protect her, but she didn't need protection from her. As Liz and Lucky cleaned up in the kitchen, they shared a special close moment that led to a kiss and nothing else. Elizabeth then walked Lucky out. When she heard a door knock not long after, she assumed Lucky was back for some leftover cake. But when she opened the door, she found Cyrus (Jeff Kober) standing there with a menacing look on his face.

Anna begs Jason not to kill

The women in Jason's (Steve Burton) life have spent the last week trying to stop him from killing Cyrus — and Anna (Finola Hughes) was no exception. She became the second woman to sit with him face-to-face in the PCPD interrogation room and beg Jason to let the law handle the man who killed Sam.

Anna tried to play on Jason's feelings as her friend and explained that she couldn't just look the other way if he killed Cyrus or her officers would think less of her and that some people were above the law. Anna assured Jason a judge would be signing off on an arrest warrant in the morning and he had to be patient. Anna was forced to release Jason from custody before he would promise not to go after Cyrus.

Carly's kitchen

Carly (Laura Wright) set out to clean her kitchen after baking with Avery (Ava and Grace Scarola) and Donna (Scarlett Brielle) when Jack (Chris McKenna) arrived with flowers and champagne. Carly grabbed a vase for the flowers and turned on the sink, only for it to spray water everywhere. That's when Jack revealed his amazing plumbing skills — and the fact that his dad was a plumber.

Carly was shocked by this news but pleased to learn she was the only one who knew. She liked being privy to information like that. Jack and Carly sipped on champagne as they flirted the night away with a mess all around them.
