"V has had a miscarriage," Carmine informed his wife's followers via Twitter. "Our second one this year. Thanx for the love and prayers."
Marcil announced her pregnancy in June, also via Twitter, while announcing the launch of her line of baby-related products called GaGoo.
Marcil is already mom to nine-year-old Kassius, her son with actor Brian Austin Green. This would have been the first child for Carmine Giovinazzo. The pair was married last year.
