General Hospital star William deVry is urging fans to tune in to his last episodes on the ABC soap opera, which he says will be airing throughout next week -- and maybe beyond.
General Hospital has been can't-miss television for the last several weeks, and it looks like that will continue as we move further into December. William deVry, who is sadly set to exit the ABC soap opera, says that -- though it looks like Julian has already disappeared -- his final airdate hasn't happened yet. However, he teases it is coming very soon -- and that will obviously be a can't-miss moment in and of itself.
The actor took to Twitter with news about his exit storyline, writing, "I hope u all join us on #GH as I wrap up my last week of shows." He teases that he'll make his final appearance "maybe the end of next week" but rumor has it he'll be appearing even longer than that. In any case, deVry says that it's "been a pleasure entertaining u. I love our fans. Much luv 2 all going forward."
The Montreal native also shared that viewers aren't likely to see him appear in any other soaps, TV shows, or films -- at least for the foreseeable future. "I'll keep u posted on career," he shared. "But 4 now, time off for a few months xo GH OUT."

deVry has been teasing about his GH exit since late October with a series of vague tweets that progressively got more to the point and eventually revealed that he had already said his goodbyes to many of his closest costars. As Soap Central previously reported, the actor also shared the crushing news that he has no plans to return to GH in the future. "If I go. No return," he tweeted. "That's a promise."
Sadly, deVry isn't the only actor that has been let go from GH in recent weeks. The explosion that Julian set off at the Floating Rib killed both Dev (Ashton Arbab) and Dustin (Mark Lawson), and it sent Lulu (Emme Rylan) into a serious coma that ushered her off the canvas.
As for what has happened to Julian, who jumped off a parapet in Tuesday's episode, deVry joked that "somewhere in Canada, Nelle [Chloe Lanier] has Julian tied up to a bed." Fans will have to keep tuning in to General Hospital to find out if he's right! (Although he was revealed to be alive when he paid a blackmail visit to attorney Martin Grey.)
