General Hospital actor Hudson West (Jake Spencer) is heading back to Port Charles for the holidays.
December is the perfect time to celebrate family togetherness, which makes the upcoming return of Liz and Jason's son, Jake, all the more special.
Portrayer Hudson West confirmed via Twitter that he'll be back to Port Charles next month. After the young star left a goodbye message for exiting GH star Tamara Braun (Kim Nero), a fan urged him to come back to the ABC soap, to which he responded, "I'll be back in December! Yay!"

West joined GH in 2016 and has seen several major storyline moments, including nearly releasing a deadly virus at the 2017 Nurses Ball at the behest of Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers). Jake was last seen in August, having breakfast with his parents, Liz (Rebecca Herbst) and Jason (Steve Burton).
At this time, it's unclear if West will be returning to the screen in December or if the young star will be taping scenes in December that will air in January.
Though daytime audiences know West as GH's Jake, he has a long list of credits in addition to his Port Charles role. Some include Grace and Frankie, L.A.'s Finest, I'm Dying Up Here, and American Crime Story. His most recent gig is playing the role of Trevor in Showtime's Penny Dreadful: City of Angels.
