There's a new character headed to General Hospital and -- this may be no surprise -- the character has a bit of a sketchy past. Donnell Turner has been hired for the role.
Donnell Turner will be joining the cast of General Hospital by month's end in a newly created contract role.
The actor revealed on Twitter that he's been signed to a contract role with the ABC soap, but the actor didn't reveal the role that he'd be playing. Soap Central has learned that Turner will be playing "Curtis," a mystery man with a questionable past, who interacts with Hayden.
This won't be Turner's first daytime gig, though it will be his first contract role. He's appeared previously in bit parts as doctors on Days of our Lives and The Young and the Restless. He's also made the rounds in primetime, recently appearing on How To Get Away With Murder.
Turner revealed his first airdate as November 25, though a show spokesperson said the actor pops up for the first time on November 30.
