Brandon Barash will reprise his role as Johnny Zacchara later this fall. The actor made his first GH appearance in 2007.
It looks like Johnny Zacchara is about to get a "Get out of jail free" card. General Hospital has announced that Brandon Barash will be returning to the ABC soap in early December.
"Hold on tight GH fans because things are going to get absolutely crazy good in Port Charles in the coming months," executive producer Frank Valentini said in a statement. "We are so happy to have Brandon back and with Johnny Z's unexpected arrival in Port Charles that can only spell one thing: t-r-o-u-b-l-e."
Barash joined GH in September 2007 before exiting in February 2013. Since that time, he's made a handful of guest appearances. Bad boy Johnny was last seen in Port Charles in February 2015 when Maxie helped Johnny escape from the authorities. There's no word yet on how long fans can expect Barash to stick around.
Earlier this month, Barash starred in The Unauthorized Melrose Place Story.
