He's shown his butt, created a new soap-related series, and now General Hospital's John Stamos (ex-Blackie Parrish) it topping off 2017 by getting engaged to his girlfriend, Caitlin McHugh.
Congratulations are in order for former General Hospital star John Stamos (ex-Blackie Parrish), who announced his engagement to girlfriend Caitlin McHugh over the weekend.
The Fuller House star took to Instagram with the exciting news, posting an illustrated photo of him and his lady love standing in front of Disneyland's Sleeping Beauty Castle with fireworks bursting in the air.
"I asked...she said yes! ...And we lived happily ever after," Stamos captioned the pic, along with an engagement ring emoji.

"I've been waiting for the perfect girl for over a decade and she walked into my life," Stamos tells People magazine. "I mean everybody knows that I've always loved family, and I wanted to have a family some day and get married again, and everyone's like, 'Why don't you just do it!? Why don't you just do it!?'"
This has been quite the year for the sitcom icon. In addition to his engagement to McHugh, whom he's been dating since early 2016, Stamos has been celebrating Amazon's pickup of his new as-yet-untitled soap opera series rumored to be inspired by his 1980s run on GH.
