Philadelphia fans of General Hospital will want to mark their calendars for Saturday, September 17, because that's the day to see GH stars Laura Wright (Carly Corinthos), William deVry (Julian Jerome), Dominic Zamprogna (Dante Falconeri), and Ryan Paevey (Nathan West) and help raise money for a very important cause.
As part of its "Get Real With Teal" campaign to mark National Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month, the Sandy Rollman Ovarian Cancer Foundation is hosting an up close and personal meeting with the GH stars at the Helium Comedy Club. Fans will be able to meet and get to know all four daytime stars, take photos, ask questions, and get exclusive backstage tidbits straight from the actors themselves.
At the event, SROCF will present a check for a research grant to the University of Pennsylvania for $50,000. With this grant, the foundation crosses the milestone of $3.5 million donated to ovarian cancer research.
