Former General Hospital star TK Weaver (ex-Danny Morgan) is having a blast at his summer job, which just happens to be at Nickelodeon.
He's not having fun in Port Charles anymore, but that isn't stopping former General Hospital star TK Weaver (ex-Danny Morgan) from having one of the best summers ever. The young actor took to social media with an update about what he's been doing since leaving the ABC soap opera, and one of the highlights is starting a new, kid-centric job on Nickelodeon.
"My part is small but I've been having an absolute blast on set," Weaver shares. "Meeting new friends. Playing basketball and working with the most amazing director. More to come when it's allowed."

Back in May, GH viewers were quick to notice that Sam (Kelly Monaco) and Jason's (Steve Burton) son suddenly looked different on-screen. Weaver took to social media to share that he had been recast.
"I found out a couple weeks ago, but I was asked not to tell anyone. Broke my heart," he wrote. "I love you all so much. I love my GH family and all of you who make my day every day! You guys are the best!"
Despite his broken heart, the third-grader expressed that he enjoyed every moment he spent on GH, and he also took a moment to share some kind words about the new portrayer of his character, Porter Fasullo.
"I want to give a shoutout to my amazing @GeneralHospital family," he tweeted. "I loved being Danny Morgan for 3 years. I learned so much. I wish I could have grown up more on the show but it didn't happen unfortunately. Good luck to the new Danny!! I hope you all love him too! Truly."
Danny Morgan came onto the GH canvas in June 2012 and was originally played by infant twins Gage and Gavin. Twins Jaxon and Jakob Kring took on the role when Danny became a toddler, followed by Caden and Corben Rothweiler, then Braiden and Dylan Kazowski. Weaver was the first actor to play Danny in a solo capacity, making his debut in May of 2016. The child star received two Young Artist Award nominations and a Young Entertainer Award for his work on the ABC soap opera.
