Wally Kurth heading back to GH

Wally Kurth has been stirring up trouble as Days of our Lives' Justin, but he's about to pull double duty with a return to General Hospital as Ned Ashton.

General Hospital will be filled with quite a few familiar faces in September. Ingo Rademacher's Jax has been giving fans a blast from the past experience and may still be on the canvas next month, Tristan Rogers will soon be back as Robert Scorpio, news came out yesterday that Bradford Anderson's Spinelli is heading back to Port Charles, and now comes word that Wally Kurth is returning as Ned Ashton.

The actor, who also plays Days of our Lives' Justin Kiriakis, will be back on the GH canvas in September and says he's thrilled the powers that be have allowed him to hop back and forth between NBC and ABC. "I'm excited I get to do both shows," he told Soap Opera Digest. "I love being able to do both characters, Ned and Justin."

The last time Ned was seen on the canvas was earlier this spring, when he took part in Tracy's (Jane Ellliot) brain lesion crisis.

How do you feel about Kurth heading back to GH? Are you satisfied with occasional visits from Ned, or would you prefer he stick around in Port Charles long term?
