Emme Rylan (Lulu Spencer) is back to General Hospital after giving birth to her third child.
She's spent the last month enjoying and sharing snaps of her brand new daughter, Dakota Rose, and now General Hospital's Emme Rylan (Lulu Spencer) is back to work in Port Charles.
The actress took to Instagram to share that she has returned to set and brought her tiny bundle of joy along for the journey.
"My TV daughter [Scarlett Fernandez] and my real life daughter finally meet!" she wrote. "#GH I'm back!"

Believe it or not, Rylan didn't take any maternity leave after giving birth to her new baby, opting instead to tack a two-week vacation on to the show's pre-scheduled summer hiatus. "I'm going to bring her [to work]," the actress said at the time. "I usually work a couple of days a week."
Dakota Rose was born on June 26 and joined dad, Don Money, as well as brothers, Jackson and Levi.
