Richard Simmons is headed back to General Hospital. The Sweatin' To The Oldies creator last appeared earlier this year. He was a GH regular in the early 1980s.
Richard Simmons is returning to Port Charles. The fitness guru shared the news with fans via Twitter.
"Off to do General Hospital this morning," Simmons wrote under his @TheWeightSaint account, adding "what fun!"
Simmons appeared earlier this year as part of General Hospital's 50th anniversary celebration. Simmons appeared as himself on General Hospital from 1979 through 1983.
Simmons' scenes are expected to air next month, but exact airdates have not yet been announced.
