Guiding Light's Grant Aleksander has been added to the star-studded cast of the upcoming dramedic web series, Tainted Dreams.
Guiding Light's Grant Aleksander (Phillip Spaulding) heads on-screen to play an off-screen role in New York Brand Productions' new drama-comedy soap Tainted Dreams. Art imitates life for Aleksander's new dramedy project in which he plays the executive producer of Painted Dreams, the soap-within-a-soap at the heart of Tainted Dreams.
Tainted Dreams provides provocative glimpses into the dynamics between the fictional executives, cast, and crew members who produce the daily scripted drama Painted Dreams. Aleksander will bring to the set his decades of acting and directing experience to portray the fictionalized soap's executive producer, Adam Clark.
"With more than 30 years in daytime, both in front of and behind the camera, I have experienced many executive producers, and now it will be fun to actually play one," says Aleksander, according to New York Brand Production's last press release.
