Orlagh Cassidy in talks to join SudsvilleTV; Michael O'Leary says more stars to come

Hot on the heels of the news that former All My Children actor Darnell Williams (ex-Jesse Hubbard) is in talks to join the new online soap opera network SudsvilleTV comes word that former Guiding Light star Orlagh Cassidy may be signing on, as well.

More and more familiar faces are beginning to be linked to SudsvilleTV, an online soap opera network set to launch this fall, the next one being Orlagh Cassidy (ex-Doris Wolfe, Guiding Light).

The Washington, DC, native is reportedly in talks to join the network's soap, Year Rounders, which is being penned by the network's creator, former As the World Turns and Days of our Lives writer Meg Kelly. As we previously reported, former All My Children star Darnell Williams (ex-Jesse Hubbard) is also in talks to join the new soap.

But that's not all: Soap Central spoke with Michael O'Leary (ex-Rick Bauer, GL), who was just announced as host of the soon-to-launch SudsvilleTV talk show titled Michael's Amazing Soap Trivia Challenge, who teases that there are plenty more casting announcements to come. "It's very exciting," he enthuses of the new network. "They'll be announcing more stars in the days ahead, so look forward to that."

In addition to her GL role, Cassidy has also appeared on Gotham, Law & Order, Blue Bloods, and Another World (ex-Sloane Wallace).
