This year's Outstanding Younger Actor Daytime Emmy winner, Bryan Craig (Morgan Corinthos, General Hospital), was in an accident that totaled his little black Corvette.
Boy, has this been one heck of an action-filled week for this year's Daytime Emmy winners. First came news that Outstanding Supporting Actress winner Jessica Collins (ex-Avery Clark, The Young and the Restless) tied the knot in a surprise ceremony, and now comes news that Outstanding Younger Actor winner Bryan Craig (Morgan Corinthos, General Hospital) was in a car accident.
According to TMZ, the actor was driving in Hollywood on Wednesday when a woman in a Jeep ran a red light, causing him to veer to the side and slam his Corvette into a fire hydrant.
Luckily, Craig only suffered a few bumps and bruises. His Corvette, on the other hand, is most likely headed to the junkyard.

"The hydrant is actually what stopped me from hitting a house," the Emmy-winner explains. "And I wasn't wearing a seatbelt, honestly, so it was kind of a miracle I didn't get hurt."
