Ellen Travolta is set to make another General Hospital comeback as grandmother of the bride.
The guest list keeps expanding for Brook Lynn and Chase's wedding on General Hospital, as Ellen Travolta is now confirmed as the latest guest from Brooklyn to visit Port Charles for the big day.
Travolta, sister of Grease and Saturday Night Fever's John Travolta, originated the role of Gloria in 1994 when Lois first fell in love with Ned Ashton, a.k.a. Eddie Maine. In November of last year, she made her way back to GH and Port Charles when Gloria visited Lois, Brook Lynn, and the rest of the Quartermaines for Thanksgiving.
During a humorous little story arc, Gloria was hiding from a member of the Russian mafia after she disrespected a member of his family. Quartermaine manservant Yuri had to solve her problems so Gloria could return to Bensonhurst.

Now, she is about to make another trip to upstate New York to watch her granddaughter Brook Lynn marry the man of her dreams, Detective Harrison Chase. According to Soap Opera Digest, Travolta's first airdate for this stint will be May 13.
GH already announced another piece of wedding casting news earlier this month. George Russo was revealed to be taking over the role of Carmine Cerullo, Gloria's husband and Lois' dad. John Capodice played the role from 1994 to 1996.
