General Hospital's Sonny is off his meds and taking numbers. Can Ava get him under control?
Sonny feels the walls closing in on him this week on General Hospital, and he knows it. However, some of his fears are unfounded and based on perceived slights, while others might be completely justified.
Anna's rose-colored glasses are off, and she realizes her friend the mobster really is a hardened criminal, even if he often has a heart of gold. When she sees the shape John Cates is in and learns where he was beaten, does she share the same suspicions that Sonny is behind the attack?
Laura may have also taken off her own rose-colored glasses regarding her old pal Sonny. They have been friends since the days of Frank Smith and Luke's Place, but she is still horrified by him beating up her brother Cyrus. Laura once again asks Cyrus if he still wants to press charges against Sonny.

Meanwhile, Sonny remains a ball of anger, and Ava is the only one he wants to confide in. Everyone he thought he could trust, he now thinks betrayed him, and he is over it. He lists Michael, Carly, Jason, Dex, and Nina as the people he is done with. Since Sonny's meds didn't make Ava drowsy last week, will she be the one to figure out something is off with Sonny's bottle of pills?
