GH recasts Lulu and Dante's son, Rocco

Meet General Hospital's O'Neill Monahan, who has been chosen as a recast for the role of Rocco Falconeri.

General Hospital's tiny tot Rocco Falconeri will look a bit different on today's episode because the role of Lulu (Emme Rylan) and Dante's (Dominic Zamprogna) son has been recast.

Young actor O'Neill Monahan has taken over the part from previous portrayer Mason Tannous and debuts today, Soap Opera Digest reports.

Soap opera fans may recognize Monahan from a short stint he did as Days of our Lives' Chase Jennings in 2015. The Los Angeles native has also had roles on the primetime shows The Middle and The Odd Couple.

At this time, it's unclear why GH chose to recast Dante and Lulu's son.
