This week on General Hospital, Jason can see something is off with Sonny, just as Carly is about to get in over her head with a shocking discovery.
Sonny is acting more erratic than ever. When he confronts Jason about taking over his space in the Corinthos Coffee warehouse, Sonny's anger reaches a fever pitch, and Jason can immediately tell that Sonny is not acting like himself. Well, at least not acting like his medicated self. He asks if Sonny is taking his meds, and as far as Sonny knows, he is.
Little does Sonny know that Valentin has been messing with his meds, so he is not quite taking the dosage he thinks he is taking. Anna has no idea what Valentin has been up to of late (or does she?), so when she asks her ex to help her on the Pikeman case, he has to keep a straight face to not give away the game. However, Anna is often one step ahead of Valentin.
But is she a step ahead of him when Agent John "Jagger" Cates is badly beaten by some thugs who could be working for Pikeman and acting on Valentin's orders? It's Carly who finds him and helps him in his time of need. Might Carly have someone new to keep her occupied?

At least there is some romance in Port Charles this week when Michael and Willow celebrate their first wedding anniversary. When they married, they weren't even sure if Willow would survive another week, but they sure have come a long way since.
