Adam Huss, who is known to daytime viewers as Nikolas Cassadine on General Hospital and Lance Day on the Bold and the Beautiful, is now tackling a role far darker in the new thriller movie Peek-A-Boo that is sure to send a chill down your spine.
Looking for a good thriller to watch? You're in luck because General Hospital's Adam Huss (Nikolas Cassadine) is starring in the Gemelli Films new frightfest Peek-A-Boo, directed by award-winning writer-director Candice Cain. Unlike Huss' alter ego Lance Day on the Bold and the Beautiful, who was murdered, Huss has stepped into the role of sinister killer this time around, playing Jacob Stanton, a man hellbent on mayhem and vengeance.
The movie takes place in a Lake Placid luxury cabin and promises to give the audience a terrifying ride that will keep everyone on the edge of their seats as Stanton orchestrates a series of unexplained events designed to torment his unsuspecting victims. Huss navigates the world of a killer consumed by darkness and an obsession to rid himself of a child that he never wanted. No one is safe.
Unlike Huss's Nikolas Cassadine, who struggles to temper his dark urges, Jacob Stanton has no such inclination. He is as man on a mission and evil to his core. "It has been so much fun to explore such an unredeemable character and find the truth in that, even though these motives are from ones that I would never have," Huss said of Stanton. Indeed, as the night of terror unfolds and his victims begin to pile up, the extent of Stanton's malevolence becomes increasingly palpable. It's a fight for survival against an unstoppable and unhinged force who is the stuff of nightmares.

Huss credits his transformation from soap opera heartthrob to evildoer to Cain's direction and vision. "It is very enjoyable being directed by Candice and having her help me shape this character," Huss shared.
Peek-A-Boo is slated for a late fall 2024 worldwide release.
