Soap opera alum Scott Reeves (ex-Steve Webber, General Hospital; ex-Ryan McNeil, The Young and the Restless) took a moment to update fans after a hospital scare that had everyone worried.
Fans of soap opera alum Scott Reeves (ex-Steve Webber, General Hospital; ex-Ryan McNeil, The Young and the Restless) have been worried about the actor following news that he was rushed to the hospital earlier this week due to a heart condition. But the actor has since taken to social media to assure everyone he's just fine.
Reeves's band mate, Steve Burton (ex-Dylan McAvoy, Y&R; ex-Jason Morgan, GH), originally shared the news of his friend's condition in a video.
"I hate to even have to shoot this video, but I just wanted to share with you that we're going to have to reschedule and postpone the Port Chuck dates because Scott has been hospitalized," Burton wrote. "He came to pick me up this morning about 3:30 a.m. my time, and he said he had a little pain below his sternum for the last day, and I could tell that he was really, really uncomfortable... We were driving to the airport, and he wanted to fly to L.A. and go to the emergency room in L.A., [but] I could tell he was in a lot of pain, so I said, 'No, we're going to go to the emergency room right now,' and we did, and right now, from what we can tell, or they can tell, he has a minor heart condition, and they're basically admitting him to the hospital. They admitted him now, and he's being evaluated. So please pray for him. His family would appreciate that. Scott would; he obviously loves you guys, and he hates this more than anybody. But obviously, his health is paramount."

Burton promised Reeves would give his own update as soon as he was feeling better. And that's exactly what happened, with Reeves taking to Vimeo to share he's the picture of perfect health.
"I am so humbled by the outpouring of love and support and prayers over the past few days. It's mindboggling. Words can't say enough because God heard your prayers," the actor shares in the video. "I'm feeling awesome. The doctors miraculously gave me a clean bill of health. They were stumped. You know, by all of the signs and the results of the blood test, there was no reason that they shouldn't have seen some kind of damage or blockage. But by the grace of God, nothing was there. They were completely confused. But anyway, I just wanted to come on here and tell you guys that I'm a-okay, gonna be better than ever, and I can't wait to see you, and we can't wait to get back out on the road in May with Port Chuck and come out and hang with you guys again. God bless you, I love you, and I look forward to seeing you down the line."
