General Hospital star Andrea Bogart (ex-Abby Haver) and her husband, Erik Almås, are expecting their second child.
Congratulations are in order for former General Hospital actress Andrea Bogart (ex-Abby Haver), who together with her husband, Erik Almås, is expecting a baby.
The actress shared the exciting news on Instagram with a photo that emulates their first baby announcement for their now three-year-old daughter, Emerie. The original picture showed Bogart and Almås standing in front of a vintage airplane with a child's toy plane off to the side. The current redo shows the couple standing in front of the same vintage aircraft and the toy plane -- but with little Emerie posing along with them!
"We sure do like adventures in our family," writes Bogart in her pregnancy announcement. "We've been truly blessed with another great one coming. [At] the end of May 2021, baby Almås will jump aboard! Our sweet little Emerie is delighted she's going to be a big sister."

The actress goes on to share that it's been a long year, and she and her family experienced "a heck of a ride to get here. We feel the miracles of life and share our love, faith, and prayers with anyone trying to get here, too."
Bogart concludes by joking that she and Almås' first baby announcement showed them with "fresh faces, well rested, and pulled together a little sharper" and then enthuses, "Of all the places we've been and adventures we've had, being parents is truly the most epic!"
Bogart got her start in the soap world with the very brief role of Margo Harrison on Days of our Lives in 2002. She went on to play the role of GH's Abby Haver -- a friend of Sam's (Kelly Monaco) who Michael (Chad Duell) fell in love with -- from 2010 to 2011. After leaving the ABC soap opera, Bogart went on to appear in television series like CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Zac and Mia, and Ray Donovan. Bogart and Almas married in 2018.
