Michael Easton reveals his GH return date

Grab a pen and get ready to mark your calendars, General Hospital fans, because Michael Easton will be making a return to Port Charles in just a couple of weeks!

Details surrounding the new role Michael Easton (ex-Silas Clay; ex-John McBain) will be taking on when he returns to General Hospital this spring are still being kept tightly under wraps, but the actor has revealed the date he'll once again debut in Port Charles.

After a run playing both his former One Life to Live alter ego John McBain and his most recent GH alter ego Silas Clay from 2012 to 2015, Easton will be stepping into the shoes of his brand-new Port Charles character starting on Friday, March 18. In fact, as seen in his Facebook post that includes a picture of his first script, he already began taping on Friday, February 26. "And so it begins..." he teased.

As previously reported, the actor was let go from ABC's sole remaining soap opera last summer after Silas was murdered, and he was then rehired to take on the part of this upcoming mystery role.
