Have mercy! General Hospital alum John Stamos (ex-Blackie Parrish) has tied the knot with the mother of his child, Caitlin McHugh.

General Hospital alum John Stamos (ex-Blackie Parrish) is officially off the market. The actor married model/actress Caitlin McHugh over the weekend at the Little Brown Church in Studio City, California, People reports.

"They exchanged vows in front of family and close friends. It was a very touching ceremony. There were tears, but mostly smiles," a source tells the publication. "John and Caitlyn looked very happy."

Stamos proposed to McHugh at Disneyland last fall, and the couple followed up the exciting news with even bigger news: the actress is pregnant with their first baby.

"We have the same morals and the same values, that all clicked nicely. So we said, 'Oh, well, maybe we should have a family,'" Stamos shared at the time, adding that McHugh actually suggested they have a kid before they get married. "I said 'Why?' [and she jokingly responded] 'Because you're old!'"

Though the couple and their soon-to-come bundle of joy have their happy ending, it wasn't smooth sailing to the altar. As People reports, McHugh's hotel room at the Beverly Hills Hotel was burglarized, and the thief made off with $165,000 worth of jewelry. Luckily, neither McHugh nor Stamos was in the room at the time of the incident.

As for fans who are curious about how the couple met, Stamos says it wasn't exactly love at first sight. The pair starred on an episode of Law & Order: SVU together back in 2011 -- sans sparks.

"I played a guy who was so egotistical that he thought he should spread his progeny, so he had like sixty kids or something. He was poking holes in condoms and stuff. And Caitlin, ironically, was one of the girls that I was trying to fool and have a baby with," Stamos explained. "That was a long time ago. She was in another relationship. And we just met back up again. Her roommate was on an episode of [my other show] Fuller House, and so she was in the audience. I walked in, I went, 'Hey, are you stalking me?' She was like, 'No...' That's why I love her. She's like, 'What? No. I haven't thought of you twice.'"
