Julie Berman (ex-Lulu Spencer, General Hospital) will be bringing the funny when she guest-stars on an upcoming episode of the comedy series The Unicorn.
She may be popular to daytime fans for her dramatic role as General Hospital's Lulu Spencer, but Julie Berman is stepping into her comedy shoes for a guest-starring role on the CBS sitcom The Unicorn.
Created by Bill Martin, Mike Schiff, and Grady Cooper, the series follows a widower named Wade (Walton Goggins) who is encouraged by his friends to start dating again. Somehow, between juggling the responsibility of raising two daughters and trying to move on, he becomes the most sought-after single man in town.
Berman's episode, titled Everyone's a Winner, is slated to air on Thursday, February 13. CBS teases that viewers will see Wade go out on a very bad date with a woman whose daughter is friends with his daughter, Natalie (Makenzie Moss). Alas, post-date, Natalie ends up paying the price.

Berman got her start in the entertainment industry with roles on series like 7th Heaven and Once and Again. She played the role of Luke and Laura's General Hospital daughter Lulu from 2005 to 2013, winning three Daytime Emmys for her work on the soap (two in the Outstanding Younger Leading Actress in a Drama Series category and another in the Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series category).
Since leaving GH, Berman has gone on to star in Chicago Med and the Hulu comedy series Casual. She also welcomed her first child, a son, in February of 2019.
