Smith first appeared on GH as a television reporter back in 2007 and returned again in April of 2016 after Maurice Benard (Sonny Corinthos) reportedly pulled strings to get the New York native, who also hosts his own radio show called The Stephen A. Smith Show, back on the ABC soap.
"I had an absolute blast on GH," the sports expert said of guest starring back in April. "The cast members could not have been more warm and welcoming. I was amazed not only by their talent, but their commitment and hard work. As a fan of the show for 40 years, it was just a thrill. I still have goose bumps."
A General Hospital spokesperson tells Soap Central that "[F]ans can expect to see Stephen as Brick in and out of Port Charles in the coming weeks."
