British tennis player Jack Draper has joined Burberry as an ambassador. The athlete ranks as number 7 and number one in the world and in the UK’s ATP tennis list, respectively. As a new ambassador, he will join others like Zhang Jingyi, Tang Wei and Bright in the Burberry family.

Daniel Lee, Chief Creative Officer at Burberry, described Draper as one of his generation’s most talented people:

“It’s inspiring seeing Jack Draper represent Great Britain with such a level of commitment. He is already one of his generation’s most talented sportspeople. We are looking forward to watching his matches over the next few months.”

More details on Jack Draper as Burberry’s newest ambassador

Jack Draper has won three titles in the Association of Tennis Professionals World Tour, including the Masters 1000 at the 2025 Indian Wells Open and a semifinal at the 2024 US Open. Draper comes from a family closely associated with the tennis industry.

His father, Roger Draper, was the former chief executive of Sport England and the Lawn Tennis Association. His mother, Nicky Draper, was the former junior British tennis champion. The Jack was coached by Justin Sherring and attended Reed’s School Cobham for two years.

Draper made his debut at the ATP Tour main draw Miami Open as a wildcard. He later dropped out of the competition after collapsing from a heat-related illness in a first-round match against Mikhail Kukushkin.

The star athlete had his biggest career win yet at the Queen’s Club Championships in June 2021 with a victory over Jannik Sinner, the world’s number 23. He proceeded to defeat Alexander Bublik, world number 39, at the round of 16 stage and emerged in the quarterfinals of an ATP tournament for the first time in his career.

Prior to Draper’s appointment as Burberry’s ambassador, he had made an appearance for the luxury brand at their Spring 2025 show at the National Theatre in 2024. Draper’s campaign image for Burberry sees him in the brand’s khaki jacket worn atop a black shirt with the signature Burberry check on the neck.

Draper, in a statement, expressed that he was honored to represent Burberry:

“Being able to represent Burberry as a brand ambassador is a real honor for me. I have admired the brand since I was a kid — it’s an iconic house and represents classic British style.”
