As reported by Hypebeast, these sneakers are expected to be released on May 15, 2025, and will be available for a price of $200.
The AJ3 "Seoul 2.0" is a widely anticipated release that honors South Korea's dynamic culture and heritage, where basketball has grown considerably over time. This version is considered a follow-up to the previous Air Jordan 3 "Seoul" colorway, which debuted in 2018 and celebrated the air of joy and enthusiasm for the game in Korea.
More details about j-hope’s Air Jordan 3 “Seoul 2.0”
The original Air Jordan 3 "Seoul" was introduced in 2018 to commemorate the 30-year milestone of South Korea hosting the 1988 Olympic Games. Tinker Hatfield and Dan Sun-woo created it, drawing inspiration from the Korean flag.
Like its predecessor, the Air Jordan 3 "Seoul 2.0" will include Korean heritage elements.
The sneaker is entirely decked in a White/Sport Royal/Challenge Red/Black palette. The base of the shoe is primarily white. The crushed leather texture of the AJ3 is combined with black elephant-textured elements placed around the mudguards and heels of the shoe.
With a streamlined design combining heritage with current visual appeal, this release is expected to appeal to sneakerheads and BTS fans alike. j-hope posted a snapshot of his pair on his Instagram story and in a recent social media post.
