Among the stars who graced the event was Clooney's costar in the 1998 movie Out of Sight.

On Thursday evening, Jennifer Lopez walked the red carpet for the opening of George Clooney's debut Broadway show, Good Night, and Good Luck, wearing an elaborate cape on a glamorous gown. The black velvet sleeveless dress by Saiid Kobeisy features a plunging neckline and a body-hugging silhouette. The 55-year-old multihyphenate actress wore a voluminous white cape over the dress that features exaggerated billowy fabric on the shoulders and an extremely long train.
J.Lo did away with the cape at one point in the event, revealing her jewelry. On her neck, the Unstoppable actress wore a Briony Raymond 1970s onyx and diamond necklace by Van Cleef & Arpels and wore drop diamond earrings from Boucheron. Rounding up the outfit was a black clutch bag from Tyler Ellis.
