Blake Lively made her second red carpet appearance since the Baldoni and It Ends With Us lawsuit. Earlier in the year, the actress appeared at the SNL50 Anniversary together with her husband, Ryan Reynolds.
This time, the Gossip Girl actress stepped out alone for the premiere of her new movie, Another Simple Favor. Blake Lively walked the red carpet in Austin, Texas, on March 7, 2025, as the soon-to-be-released comedic thriller was the opening act of the 2025 SXSW Film & TV Festival.
The 37-year-old actress teamed up with co-star Anna Kendrick and director Paul Feig for this sequel after the successful making of the 2018 OG movie A Simple Favor. Lively strutted down the red carpet wearing a two-look Reneé Masoomian latex dress.

Blake Lively attended the 2025 SXSW Conference and Festival wearing a dusty pink custom latex outfit by Reneé Masoomian. Reneé Masoomian is well known for her sleek, avant-garde latex creations. The New York-based designer recently put together Lady Gaga's look for her Abracadabra music video.
Blake Lively's ensemble included a short-sleeved vintage-inspired dusty pink coat worn over a tea-length maxi skirt of the same color and material. The skirt featured black lace doilies embroidery on the hem and black color detailing on the waist.
She paired it with a matching bustier that had a heart-shaped neckline. The actress made a small wardrobe change when she shed the overcoat to reveal the bustier and skirt underneath.
Beauty-wise, the actress favored a subtle nude makeover and a retro pinned-up hairstyle. She finished her look with a pair of black peep-toe heels adorned with pom-poms and feathers. The brand description states the corset is "made with spiral steel bones, European busk, waist tape, modesty panel, and fully grommeted."

Although no one directly referenced the Baldoni's case, it was clear that Lively had the support of her collaborators and fans. The director of the movie, Paul Feig, said to Variety:
"She is the most amazing collaborator. Every movie star has opinions about what they're doing. I haven't worked with one that doesn't want to get in there and work on stuff and make it better. That's our process. I love that Blake works that way."
Fans also gave a cheering welcome to the actress when she was introduced onstage at Austin's Paramount Theater after the screening. She spoke about the character she played in the upcoming movie.
"I love this character so much. It's probably my favorite character I've ever been fortunate enough to play. So when Paul asked us to come back, I was so excited."
Blake Lively reprises the role of Emily Nelson, Nicky's (played by Ian Ho) mother, whose wedding to an Italian business mogul (played by Michele Morrone) is disrupted due to a murder.
