Sacai x UGG boots collection unveiled during Paris Fashion Week 2025: Everything we know so far

Sacai revealed their collaboration for the Sacai x UGG boots collection during Paris Fashion Week 2025. Sacai displayed their designs for the Men's Autumn & Winter 2025 Collection and Women's Autumn 2025 Collection.

The Sacai x UGG boots collection is heavily influenced by the wilderness. The boots look like a hybrid of Viking and Inuit boots with their furry designs. These UGG boots for the runway were designed by Japanese designer and creative director of Sacai, Chitose Abe.

What is in the Sacai x UGG boots collection?

Sacai is a Japanese luxury brand headed by Chitose Abe. This is not the first time Sacai and UGG have collaborated. They go all the way back to 2018, when they debuted their Knit Classic Mini boots.

In 2025, the two brands are coming together again to reveal a three-piece footwear collection. This includes plush platform loafers, warm thigh-high boots, and uber-fuzzy boots.

In an interview, Abe, who is the designer of these UGG boots, revealed the inspiration behind the collection. She says:

“The starting point for this collection was Where The Wild Things Are—the film and the book... We wanted to go on a journey with all of our friends, as we normally do, and this UGG line allowed us to do so comfortably."

If you are planning to get any of these boots and loafers, they will be available in two colors: Black and Tan, which is a signature color of UGG boots.

The "mountain" boots are made of a leather upper with an iconic sheepskin fleece tongue. These are platform boots with thick laces to complete the look.

The loafers are more on the sophisticated side. It is probably made of a leather or suede upper with UGG's signature fur across the tongue and the collar, giving it a warm and cozy look.

As for the thigh-high boots, they come in an intricate buckle system from the back of the boots. When it is buckled up, the sheepskin fleece peeps out of the borders. Additionally, you can also fold the boots down to reveal a lush fuzzy cover over the boots.

The Sacai x UGG boots collection may be a little too "wild" for many. However, Abe wants to "see people wearing these everywhere and anywhere."
