Crocs has reportedly called out Nike, albeit jokingly, for launching its ReactX Rejuven8 in a design similar to Crocs’ Classic clog. In an Instagram post, Crocs shared side-by-side images of its clogs and Nike’s Rejuven8 that seemed to highlight the similarities between the two silhouettes.
According to Sneaker Bar Detroit, Crocs captioned the Instagram post:
“We’re living rent-free in your head, huh @nike.”
@NiceKicks shared Croc’s Instagram post on X, and @Mj_The3rdPick tweeted in response:
“Honestly, it’s probably more of a rip-off of the Yeezy foam runners than Crocs.”
Other X users shared the same sentiment and seemed to agree that the Nike Rejuven8 shared more similarities with the Yeezy Forerunner than the Classic Clogs:
“Look more like the Yeezy’s”, @MIKEFRMQNZ stated.
“No, cus Nike is ripping the Foam Runners and not Crocs,” @datboiidru added.
“The Nike Rejuven8 shoe ain’t nothing but Crocs x Yeezys Foam Runners,” @Marques_J_Smith tweeted.
Some X users expressed that they weren’t fans of Croc’s designs and found the Nike version more suitable:
“Nike is giving the people what they want. No shame in that,” @ericcraw4d replied.
“Honestly, the Nike 1s go harder, and I hate Crocs,” @flowerjones14 stated.
“Lowkey always hated the Crocs silhouette. Nike's take isn’t the greatest but definitely refreshing,” @polaroiddjoe added.
A closer look at Nike’s Rejuven8:

Nike describes its Rejuven8 as shoes created to provide rest and comfort to the feet:
“Give your feet a rest. Made with soft and responsive ReactX foam, the Rejuven8 uses some of our best tech to create a recovery shoe so comfortable you'll want to wear it every day.”
The Rejuven8’s women’s silhouette comes in different colors and costs $70 on the brand’s website. While the Rejuven8's foam-based construction is similar to that of the Yeezy Forerunner, Nike’s creation has a more structured upper area, while the Foam Runner is primarily a slip-on silhouette.
The Yeezy creations also have wider openings on the upper and sides for ventilation, while their Nike counterpart features perforations only on top. The Nike Rejuven8 shares similarities with the Classic Clogs in that both footwear designs are made for comfort and feature perforations on the upper area.

Unlike the Rejuven8, the Classic clogs feature straps at the back to secure the feet and come with Jibbitz charms.
Nike hasn’t replied to Crocs’s discussion of the similarities between the Rejuven8 and the Classic Clogs.
