Revolution x Zenith unveils Chronomaster Revival A3818 "Cover Girl Carbon" watch

Revolution x Zenith collaborations are not new in the watch community. In 2020, they collaborated to release the original Cover Girl watch, and in 2022, they unveiled the Airweight Cover Girl. Both brands are ready to expand their collection with a third iteration of the Cover Girl series.

Zenith took to its X account to unveil the watch on February 7, 2025. Capturing the post:

"ZENITHxRevolution: Introducing the Chronomaster Revival A3818 "Cover Girl" Carbon in partnership with @RevolutionW_tch. Weighing only 55 grams, it features an ultra-light carbon fiber case. Available worldwide."

Their new creation, the Chronomaster Revival A4818 Cover Girl Carbon watch, is the lightest watch both brands have ever produced, and it comes in three designs.

The three iterations are available on the Revolution online store and cost $12,320 to $27,210.

The Cover Girl Carbon watch comes in different designs- the Standard Dial Velcro Strap, the Standard Dial Carbon Fiber Ladder Bracelet, and the Hindu-Arabic Dial Velcro Strap.

Revolution describes the latest addition to the Revolution x Zenith collaboration as follows:

"This featherweight revelation has been achieved through the audacious use of carbon fiber — in its case, crown, pushers, dial, and even an ultra-limited Gay Frères-inspired ladder-style bracelet."

The Chief Product Officer of Zenith, Romain Marietta, shares his thoughts on the watch:

"All of the carbon parts are first forged into solid blocks by our supplier that comes from the aerospace industry and then painstakingly CNC-machined at our manufacture. The idea of using high-modulus carbon for almost every part was both aesthetic and functional."

He continues:

"The objective was to create the very lightest and most shock-resistant A384- and A3818-style watch we've ever made. The end result is a watch that is 55 grams (on a carbon fiber Velcro strap), which literally feels like you're wearing nothing."

The watch weighs 55 grams on a Velcro Strap and 59 grams on the Carbon Fiber Ladder Bracelet. It features a tonneau-shaped case and is designed based on the 1970s A3818 model.

This new reimagined model is crafted from high-modulus forged carbon fiber. Its dial, 37mm case, crown, and pushers are dressed in a grey color-blocking scheme.

Movement-wise, the Chronomaster Revival A3818 Cover Girl Carbon watch uses Zenith's signature El Primero movement. It has luminous markers, a hand and pulsometer scale, an integrated tachymeter, and a 'shark tooth' racing scale that glows in the dark.

This fresh Revolution x Zenith rendition was released on a limited scale, with the Standard Dial Velcro Strap having only 150 units, the Standard Dial Carbon Fiber Ladder Bracelet with just 10 units, and the Hindu-Arabic Dial Velcro Strap in 50 pieces. Each watch comes with a price tag of $12,320, $27,219, and $12,320 respectively.
