The luxury fashion house Loewe made the announcement in an Instagram post on March 24, 2025, following Jonathan Anderson's recent exit as creative director. In his place, the brand as jointly appointed Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez, who are the founders of Proenza Schoule, a womenswear brand established in 2002. The post from Loewe said:

"LOEWE is pleased to announce the appointment of Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez as the House’s creative directors."
